PL 24906 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego 1. Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawa znicza przeznaczona do umieszczania w nich zniczy nagrobnych. Znicz wykonany jest z odlewu ceramicznego, skladajacego sie z dwóch wyraznych elementów: okraglego otworu dostosowanego do umieszczania zniczy nagrobnych szklanych oraz umieszczonej obok charakterystycznej rzezby aniola. Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a grave candle base intended for placing grave candles in. The candle is made of a ceramic cast, consisting of two distinct elements: a round opening adapted to accommodate glass grave candles and a characteristic sculpture of an angel placed next to it. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in the illustrations: fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, fig. 1d, fig. 1e, fig. 1f, fig. 1g. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: ? homogeneous material, made of a white ceramic cast; ? two clearly separated parts constituting a coherent whole: a base with a round opening for placing a grave candle and a sculpture in the form of a small angel; the base of the candle is based on a clear and characteristic figure-eight plan, which constitutes its outline; a characteristic sculpture of a small angel made in a modernist and minimalist style, taking into account a small number of details, with folded hands, the eye directed towards the candle placed in the round opening of the base; 3.
