Przedmiotem wynalazku niniejszego jest ruszt stalowy do nawierzchni dróg wszel¬ kiego rodzaju oraz sposób laczenia jego czesci skladowych. Jak wiadomo, proste, tanie i niezawodne polaczenie poszczegól¬ nych czesci takich rusztów stalowych nie jest dotad znane. Wynalazek niniejszy sta¬ nowi rozwiazanie tego zadania, odpowiada¬ jace wszelkim wymogom pod wzgledem prostoty i taniosci.Wynalazek polega na tym, ze konce plaskowników lub katowników, stanowia¬ cych czesci skladowe rusztu stalowego, sa zagiete w postaci czopów, które wklada sie w otwory sasiednich plaskowników lub ka¬ towników i zagina w nich np. za pomoca uderzen mlotka lub innego narzedzia.Do wykonywania tego sposobu sa szczególnie odpowiednie ruszty, skladajace sie z zespolów, utworzonych z plaskich pretów, wygietych wedlug linii lamanej, np, zygzakowatej, i polaczonych przez spawa¬ nie z plaskownikami, a na swych koncach z katownikami, których jedne konce, jak opi¬ sano wyzej, posiadaja czopy, a drugie — otwory. W celu po¬ laczenia plaskowników jednej czesci z plaskownikami 1 drugiej czesci wklada sie czopy 3 w otwory 4 czesci wygietej 1\ po czym zagina sie te czopy np. uderzeniem mlotka lub innego narzedzia.Podobnie postepuje sie przy laczeniu ka¬ towników 5, 9, stanowiacych obramowanie koncowe (fig. 7) kazdej czesci rusztu. As is known, a simple, cheap and reliable connection of the individual parts of such steel grates is not known to date. The present invention is a solution to this task, meeting all requirements in terms of simplicity and cheapness. The invention consists in the fact that the ends of flat bars or angles, which are components of the steel grate, are bent in the form of spigots, which are inserted into the holes. adjacent flat bars or angles and bent in them, e.g. by means of a hammer or other tool. Grates are particularly suitable for this method, consisting of assemblies consisting of flat bars, bent along a broken line, e.g. zigzag, and joined by welding with flat bars, and at their ends with angle bars, the ends of which, as described above, have pins, and the other - holes. Of course, the procedure is by no means limited to grates constructed in this way, but may also be applicable to steel road grates of other construction.
