BUTELK A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 30 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke od strony szerszej plaszczyzny (strona czolowa), zas fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Przekrój poprzeczny zasadniczej czesci butelki jest owalem symetrycznie scietym z obu stron na najbardziej odleglych koncach. Na dwu glównych powierzchniach przedniej i tylnej butelka posiada poziome odsadzenia: jedno w poblizu dna oraz drugie w miejscu, gdzie korpus zaczyna przechodzic w smukla szyjke zakonczona gwintem pod zakretke. Odsadzenia ulatwiaja ulozenie etykiety przed naklejeniem jej na butelke.Butelka ma dwie plaszczyzny symetrii prostopadle do siebie. Butelka jest estetyczna i poreczna, pozwala na wygodne poslugiwanie sie nia glównie z uwagi na pewny chwyt. Butelke wedlug niniejszego wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. PL PL PLBOTTLE The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since January 30, 2001. The design is a bottle made of transparent plastic, intended primarily for packaging liquid household chemicals. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a wider plane (front side), while Fig. 2 shows the bottle from a side view. According to the design, the bottle is made of transparent plastic. The cross-section of the main part of the bottle is an oval, symmetrically cut on both sides at the outermost ends. The bottle features horizontal offsets on its two main surfaces, the front and rear: one near the bottom and the other where the body begins to transition into a slender neck with a threaded cap. These offsets facilitate label alignment before applying it to the bottle. The bottle has two planes of symmetry perpendicular to each other. The bottle is aesthetically pleasing and easy to handle, primarily due to its secure grip. A bottle modeled after this design is shown in the attached illustration.
