PL 24820 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kociol grzewczy, który stosowany jest do ogrzewania obiektów mieszkalnych, uzytecznosci publicznej i obiektów przemyslowych. Kociol grzewczy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnymi i indywidualnymi ksztaltami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt bryly, uklad jego elementów, uklad linii i krawedzi, strukture oraz kontury nadajac wzorowi nowy i funkcjonalny wyglad. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Kociol grzewczy moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym na Fig. 1 przedstawiono kociol grzewczy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, na Fig. 2 uwidoczniono kociol grzewczy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze kociol grzewczy ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly przestrzennej, o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o prostokatnej podstawie. Kociol grzewczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest z blachy stalowej. Korpus kotla grzewczego na scianie, przedniej zaopatrzony jest w drzwiczki przednie (1), które charakteryzuja sie zaokragleniem bocznych narozy. Boki korpusu kotla grzewczego zaopatrzone sa w panele boczne przednie (5) i panele boczne tylne (2) a tylna czesc korpusu zaopatrzona jest w panel tylny (6). W czesci górnej kotla grzewczego zamontowana jest pokrywa górna (3) jako panel sterowniczy o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach w czesci przedniej oraz prostokatna pokrywa kosza (4). The heating boiler, according to the design, is distinguished by new visual values, as well as original and individual shapes. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the shape of the body, the arrangement of its elements, the arrangement of lines and edges, the structure and contours, giving the design a new and functional appearance. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The heating boiler can be manufactured in an industrial or craft manner from metal. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the heating boiler in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 shows the heating boiler in a perspective view from the back. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the heating boiler has the shape of a flattened spatial solid, with a shape similar to a cuboid with a rectangular base. The heating boiler according to the industrial design is made of steel sheet. The body of the heating boiler is provided with a front door (1) on the front wall, which is characterized by rounded side corners. The sides of the heating boiler body are provided with front side panels (5) and rear side panels (2) and the rear part of the body is provided with a rear panel (6). In the upper part of the heating boiler, an upper cover (3) is mounted as a control panel with rounded tops in the front part and a rectangular basket cover (4).
