The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of packaging manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, drawing, color, and their combination, giving the ornamental design a new and original appearance with high aesthetic value. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph in an unfolded position, in a top view illustrating its appearance in detail. The packaging for the Mietowa instant tea, according to the decorative pattern, has the form of a rectangular box, the surface of which is a color composition of dark green interspersed with contrasting colors of green, yellow and white, on which there are bouquets of mint herb interspersed with mint leaves in an intense green color, while on the front and back as well as the adjacent front walls of the box, against the background of the bouquet, the registered trademark of the applicant is placed on a red field surrounded by a white border. Against the background of the described color composition, the name "Mint instant tea" is placed in stylized letters, in a color contrasting with the background, preferably white, and on a lighter field, a sign informing about the number of tea bags contained in the package. A separate, green area on the narrow side of the packaging features the Mietowa instant tea brewing instructions, its ingredients, and information about the packager who submitted the packaging's decorative design for protection. The inscriptions and mint bouquets on the packaging walls create a harmonious and legible color composition.
