Tkanina dekoracyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 21 grudnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest tkanina dekoracyjna, zwlaszcza tkanina obiciowa do mebli. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w jej rysunku i ukladzie linii, nadajaca jej oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, którego Fig.1 i 2 przedstawiaja dwie odmiany tkaniny w widoku z góry. Pierwsza tkanina wedlug wzoru zdobniczego posiada wzór, który wypelnia jednolicie powierzchnie tkaniny, a jego glównym motywem zdobniczym sa trzy rodzaje galazek: z rozwinietymi kilkoma kielichami kwiatów rozmieszczonymi na jednym poziomie, z paczkami kwiatów oraz galazki ulistnione.Pomiedzy galazkami kwiatów usytuowane sa fragmenty niepelnych kratek oraz dosc duze i pojedyncze ornamenty roslinne w postaci wici, które wypelniaja asymetrycznie i jednolicie tlo tkaniny. Kielichy kwiatów, liscie galazki oraz ornamenty roslinne i tlo sa cieniowane. Druga tkanina wedlug wzoru zdobniczego tkanina równiez posiada wzór, któ- ry wypelnia jednolicie powierzchnie tkaniny, a jego glównym motywem zdobni- czym sa takze trzy rodzaje galazek: z rozwinietymi kielichami kwiatów roz- mieszczonymi na jednym poziomie, z kielichem i paczkami kwiatów oraz z po- jedynczym zamknietym kielichem. Pomiedzy galazkami kwiatów usytuowane sa równiez inne elementy zdobnicze, które wypelniaja asymetrycznie i jednolicie tlo tkaniny. Elementami tymi sa: fragmenty niepelnych kratek oraz dosc duze i pojedyncze ornamenty roslinne w postaci wici polaczonych z ulistnionymi galazkami oraz czworokatne pola wy- pelnione drobnym motywem w postaci gwiazdek. The subject of an ornamental design is a decorative fabric, particularly upholstery fabric for furniture. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern and line arrangement, giving it an original and aesthetic appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, of which Figs. 1 and 2 show two variations of the fabric from a top view. The first fabric, based on the decorative pattern, features a pattern that uniformly fills the fabric's surface. Its main decorative motif consists of three types of branches: with several unfolded flower calyxes arranged on a single level, with flower buds, and leafy branches. Between the flower branches are fragments of incomplete trellises and relatively large, single plant ornaments in the form of tendrils, which fill the fabric's background asymmetrically and uniformly. The flower calyxes, the leaves of the branches, the plant ornaments, and the background are shaded. The second fabric, according to the decorative pattern, also has a pattern that uniformly fills the fabric surface, and its main decorative motif is also three types of branches: with unfolded flower calyxes arranged on one level, with a calyx and flower buds, and with a single closed calyx. Other decorative elements are also placed between the flower branches, which fill the fabric's background asymmetrically and uniformly. These elements include fragments of incomplete grids and relatively large and single plant ornaments in the form of tendrils connected to leafy branches, as well as quadrangular fields filled with a small star motif.
