PL 24575 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem podania o udzielenie prawa z rejestracji na wzór przemyslowy jest opakowanie niesklejane wykonane z kartonu litego, które rozlozone przypomina ksztalt slonca, po zlozeniu ma forme zblizona do szesciokatnego graniastoslupa, natomiast po otworzeniu opakowania wraz z zawartoscia przyjmuje forme talerza/tacki (tzw. „patera"). Na rysunku (Fig. 1) przedstawiono opakowanie w formie niesklejonej, plaskiej. Na zdjeciach przedstawiono opakowanie w formie rozlozonej (Fig. 2) oraz w formie zlozonej (Fig. 3). Rozwiazanie konstrukcyjne tego opakowania w ksztalcie stozkowatego czworoscianu otwieranego od góry polega na nadaniu okreslonego ksztaltu, ulozeniu elementów opakowania, wykonaniu tzw. zamków (1), perforacji (2), nagiec (3). Cecha istotna tego wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt wykroju opakowania oraz ksztalt opakowania w postaci zlozonej i rozlozonej jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. Po otworzeniu opakowania wraz zawartoscia opakowanie zyskuje forme talerza/tacki – w przypadku produktów spozywczych moze stanowic ciekawa propozycje podania. W przypadku innych produktów np. bizuteryjnych moze stanowic efektowna forme prezentacji zawartosci. Ilustracja wzoru PL 24575 3 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL 24575 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24575 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the application for the right in registration of an industrial design is a non-glued packaging made of solid cardboard, which when unfolded resembles the shape of the sun, when folded has a form similar to a hexagonal prism, and when opened, the packaging together with its contents takes the form of a plate/tray (so-called "plater"). The drawing (Fig. 1) shows the packaging in an unglued, flat form. The photos show the packaging in an unfolded form (Fig. 2) and in a folded form (Fig. 3). The design of this packaging in the shape of a conical tetrahedron opened from the top consists in giving a specific shape, arranging the packaging elements, making the so-called locks (1), perforations (2), and bends (3). A significant feature of this industrial design is the shape of the packaging cutout and the shape of the packaging when folded and unfolded, as shown in the illustration of the design. After opening the package, the contents take on the form of a plate/tray – in the case of food products, it can be an interesting serving option. In the case of other products, such as jewelry, it can be an effective way to present the contents.
