PL 24567 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest aerator-wertykulator, wspólpracujacy z ciagnikiem, znajdujacy zastosowanie w oczyszczaniu gleby, zwlaszcza trawników z zanieczyszczen, glównie z uschnietych lisci i filcu. Aerator-wertykulator umozliwia jednoczesnie napowietrzanie gleby, glównie trawników. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 i fig. 2 – ilustruja aerator-werykulator w widoku ogólnym z boku i od frontu, natomiast fig. 3 – w widoku z tylu. The aerator-scarifier simultaneously enables aeration of soil, mainly lawns. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrate the aerator-scarifier in a general side and front view, while Fig. 3 illustrates the rear view. According to the industrial design, the aerator-scarifier is made of metal. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the aerator-scarifier, which works with the tractor, is equipped with a housing open at the front. The housing's side walls have the shape of a truncated polygon, tapering downward on both sides. The upper part of the housing is a transverse wall, which is joined at the front and rear by longitudinal slats, extending upwards above the surface of the transverse wall. The upper edges of the side walls also extend upwards above the surface of the transverse wall. These extended edges of the side walls and transverse slats form a recessed shelf on which weights are placed to weight the aerator-scarifier. Inside the open housing, between the side walls, ground-cutting knives in the form of rotating discs are mounted on a movable axle. These multi-pointed star-shaped knives are separated from each other by bushings mounted on the axle. Pairs of resilient, angled arms are attached to the front crossbar, each terminated at the top with a spirally coiled spring. The device is foldable, and each element can be used separately.
