Description
Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest amorficzny stop żelaza mający zastosowanie zwłaszcza w elektronice, elektrotechnice i energetyce. The subject of the invention is an amorphous iron alloy having applications particularly in electronics, electrical engineering and energy.
Classic amorphous alloys produced in the form of thin ribbons are commonly used as materials for the construction of low-loss transformer cores. Alloys of this type are produced by unidirectional cooling on a copper drum. The cooling rate in the range of 105-10 6 K/s allows the alloy to solidify without the crystallization process. Amorphous Fe alloys are characterized by so-called soft magnetic properties: high saturation magnetization value, high magnetic susceptibility and low coercive field value.
Ponadto brak uporządkowanych struktur umożliwia pracę rdzeni wykonanych z amorficznych stopów w wysokich częstotliwościach w przeciwieństwie do ich krystalicznych odpowiedników w postaci blach Fe-Si.Due to the lack of crystalline structure, amorphous alloys are easily subject to the process of overmagnetization. The high content of elements with ferromagnetic properties such as (Fe, Co, Ni) ensures a high value of saturation magnetization and a low value of the coercive field. In addition, the lack of ordered structures allows cores made of amorphous alloys to work at high frequencies, unlike their crystalline counterparts in the form of Fe-Si sheets.
Z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 154378 znany jest amorficzny stop metali, magnetycznie miękki, przeznaczony w szczególności na rdzenie magnetyczne pracujące w zmiennych polach magnetycznych o podwyższonej częstotliwości i polach impulsowych będący na osnowie Fe i zawierający wagowo 18-21% Co, 4-8% B i Si łącznie oraz 0,05-1,0% Ta, a resztę składu stanowi Fe.Polish patent description No. 154378 describes an amorphous metal alloy, magnetically soft, intended in particular for magnetic cores operating in alternating magnetic fields of increased frequency and pulsed fields, based on Fe and containing by weight 18-21% Co, 4-8% B and Si together and 0.05-1.0% Ta, with the remaining composition being Fe.
Another known metal alloy of iron, boron and silicon, described in Polish patent description No. 131127, containing by weight: (77:80%) iron, (12%: 16%) silicon, (5%: 10%) boron and traces of impurities, produced in the form of very thin ribbons.
Celem wynalazku jest otrzymanie stopu o wysokiej zawartości Fe i Co o strukturze amorficznej, którego właściwości będą charakteryzowały się wartością pola koercji poniżej 50 A/m oraz indukcją nasycenia powyżej 1,3 T.The aim of the invention is to obtain an alloy with a high Fe and Co content and an amorphous structure, the properties of which will be characterized by a coercive field value below 50 A/m and a saturation induction above 1.3 T.

Materiał ze stopu Fe65Co9,5Hf2Zr2Si1,5B20 według wynalazku zawiera odpowiednio (atomowo): Fe - 65%; B - 20%; Zr - 2%; Co - 9,5%, Hf - 2%, Si - 1,5% przy dopuszczalnym zanieczyszczeniu max 0,09%.Classical amorphous alloy was produced by casting liquid alloy on a rotating copper drum. The alloy was produced in the form of a strip of thickness of about 50 mm at a drum rotation speed of 3900 rpm.
