Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy protez stosowanych na wewnetrzne organy ludz¬ kie lub zwierzece, zwlaszcza protez do zucia (wlaczajac czesci do przymocowy¬ wania tych protez) i polega na tym, iz przedmioty te odlewa sie ze stopów chro- mowo-kobaltowych, które zawieraja 40 — 90% kobaltu, 6 — 40% chromu, ponad 6 do 30% wolframu i molibdenu albo mo¬ libdenu, 0 — 20% niklu oraz 0,01 — 2%, najlepiej ponizej 0,6%, wegla. Do stopów tych mozna dodawac jeszcze innych pier¬ wiastków, np. krzemu, miedzi, manganu, glinu, tytanu, wanadu, cyrkonu, tantalu, berylu, boru, zelaza, z osobna albo w mie¬ szaninie w ilosci do 6%, Stwierdzono, ze przedmioty wykonane z tych stopów sa bardzo odporne na utle¬ nianie, na dzialanie wydzielin organizmu, np. sliny, leków oraz srodków chemicz¬ nych, np. kwasu mlekowego, octowego, wyzszego kwasu tluszczowego, kwasu sol¬ nego, siarkowodoru, i nie dzialaja na ner¬ wy smaku. Pod tym wzgledem stopy we¬ dlug wynalazku sa równorzedne stopom austenitowym, chromowo - niklowo - zelaz¬ nym, natomiast posiadaja one wieksza sprezystosc. Stopy wedlug wynalazku na¬ daja sie równiez do wytwarzania przed¬ miotów, od których, jak w protezach do zucia, wymagane jest duze dzialanie za¬ kleszczajace, oraz do wykonywania odle-s wów o nieznacznych grubosciach scian, po¬ niewaz dokladnie wypelniaja forme, dzie¬ ki czemu najmniejsze nawet i skompliko¬ wane czesci mozna wykonac bez trudnosci.Stopy wedlug wynalazku, zwlaszcza o malej zawartosci wegla, mozna kuc i prze¬ rabiac na druty. Ponadto stopy te daja sie latwo lutowac, polerowac i sa bardzo twarde. Przez obróbke cieplna mozna zmie¬ niac wlasciwosci stopów, np. twardosc.Ponizej podane sa przyklady stopów wedlug wynalazku skladajacych sie z I) 35% chromu, 7,5 % molibdenu, 0,5% wegla oraz 57% kobaltu.II) 30% chromu, 7 % wolframu, 7 % molibdenu, 1 % niklu, 0,1% wegla oraz 54,9% kobaltu. 1. Zastrzezenie patentowe. Proteza stosowana na wewnetrzne orga¬ ny ludzkie lub zwierzece, zwlaszcza prote¬ za do zucia (lacznie z czesciami do przy¬ mocowywania tych protez), znamienna tym, ze jest wykonana ze stopu chromowo- kobaltowego zawierajacego 40 — 90% ko¬ baltu, 6 — 40% chromu, 6 — 30% wolfra¬ mu oraz molibdenu albo samego molibdenu, 0 — 20% niklu, 0,01 — 2% (najlepiej po¬ nizej 0,6%) wegla i, ewentualnie, domieszki innych pierwiastków stosowanych w sto¬ pach, np. krzemu, miedzi, manganu, glinu, tytanu, wanadu, cyrkonu, tantalu, berylu, boru, zelaza, z osobna lub w mieszaninie, w ilosci do 6%.
