PL 24446 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest multifunkcyjny element meblowy który moze wystepowac pojedynczo i pelnic funkcje stolika, siedziska, pólki, lub moze byc dowolnie laczony, pod wzgledem ksztaltu i ilosci elementów tworzac wieksze formy przestrzenne np. regal. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia przedmiot w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 – w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 – w przykladzie laczenia dwóch elementów, fig. 4 – w przykladzie wykonania i uzytkowania wzoru w róznych postaciach i formach laczenia. Cechu istotne wzoru to: element ma postac formy przestrzennej w postaci pustego w srodku graniastoslupa, bez sciany czolowej i tylnej, który w widoku od czola ma zarys zblizony do trapezu o zaokraglonych narozach którego boki oraz plaszczyzny dolna i górna maja zarys zblizony do prostokatów, przy czym krawedz plaszczyzny dolnej i górnej ma od wewnatrz prostokatne wybrania tworzace plyciny przeznaczone do uchwytów, dolaczenia elementów w wieksza forme, za pomoca laczników.
