Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The subject of an ornamental design is a pair of glasses intended for general use for viewing occasional phenomena, such as sunrises, sunsets, and solar eclipses, and enabling the spatial viewing of stationary and moving images through multicolored transparent surfaces. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of an object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties.
