Znane jest z opisu wynalazku Pat.228852 pn. „Urządzenie do formowania zielonki w pryzmy naziemne lub w silosy przejazdowe” mocowane do ciągnika przy użyciu trójpunktowego układu zawieszenia. Rama prowadnika (2) w części środkowej wyposażona jest w kątowe wsporniki (11), w których poprzez sworznie (19) osadzone jest wychylne ramię (3) o kącie obrotu zawartym w przedziale od 0 do +/- 20 stopni względem podłużnej osi ciągnika przy użyciu siłowników (20), natomiast wychylne ramię (3) posiada korpus z poprzeczną belką, zaopatrzoną na obu końcach we wsporniki (31), usytuowane równolegle do korpusu.
