Kolpak ozdobny kola samochodowego Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia lipca 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kolpak ozdobny kola samochodowego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kolpaka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii jego powierzchni czolowej, które nadaja kolpakowicharakterystyczny i oryginalny wyglad, podnoszacy walory estetyczne wyrobu rynkowego. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kolpak w widoku od czola, a fig. 2 - kolpak w widoku poprzecznym. Kolpak wedlug wzoru posiada wypukla czolowa tarcze 1, która posiada profilowane zaglebienia 2 usytuowane obwodowo w zewnetrznej czesci tarczy i oraz gwiazdziste zaglebienie 3 stanowiace centralna czesc tarczy I (fig. 1). Profilowane zaglebienia 2 maja, w widoku od czola, ksztalt trapezu, zwróconego mniejsza podstawa z owalnymi narozami w kierunku „do srodka" tarczy a glebokosc zaglebien 2 stopniowo wzrasta w tym kierunku - tak, ze zaglebienia 2 przechodza w otwory 4, które, w widoku od czola, maja ksztalt trapezu. Dno gwiazdzistego zaglebienia 3 stanowi lekko wypukla, mala tarcza 5 o ksztalcie szesciokata, którego naroza przykryte sa rombowymi wypustami 6 tarczy I tworzacymi z bokami szesciokatnej tarczy 5 ramiona 7 szescioramiennej gwiazdy, przy czym ramiona 7 maja, w widoku od czola, ksztalt trapezu. Konce ramion 7 zakonczone sa prostokatnymi otworami 8 usytuowanymi ukosnie pomiedzy mala tarcza 5 a czolowa tarcza \ (fig.2). Ponadto mala tarcza 5 posiada pierscieniowy nadlew 9, który, w przekroju, posiada ksztalt trójkata. Wewnatrz pierscieniowego nadlewu 9 znajduje sie gniazdo 10 przeznaczone na napis reklamowy. PL PLThe registration right for the ornamental design has been in effect since July 2001. The design is for a decorative car wheel cover. The essence of the design is a new form of the cover, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines on its front surface, which give the cover a distinctive and original appearance, enhancing the aesthetic value of the marketed product. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the cover from the side. The cover, according to the design, has a convex front disc 1, which has profiled recesses 2 located circumferentially in the outer part of the disc and a star-shaped recess 3 constituting the central part of the disc I (Fig. 1). The profiled recesses 2 have, in the frontal view, the shape of a trapezoid, with the smaller base with oval corners turned towards the "center" of the shield, and the depth of the recesses 2 gradually increases in this direction - so that the recesses 2 pass into holes 4, which, in the frontal view, have the shape of a trapezoid. The bottom of the star-shaped recess 3 is a slightly convex, small shield 5 in the shape of a hexagon, the corners of which are covered with rhombic projections 6 of the shield I, which together with the sides of the hexagonal shield 5 form the arms 7 of a six-pointed star, while the arms 7 have, in the frontal view, the shape of a trapezoid. The ends of the arms 7 are terminated with rectangular holes 8 situated diagonally between the small shield 5 and the frontal shield \ (fig. 2). In addition, the small shield 5 has an annular boss 9, which, in cross-section, has the shape of a triangle. Inside the annular boss 9 is a slot 10 intended for an advertising inscription.
