PL 24362 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maszynka do mielenia miesa. Cechy nowosci i indywidualnego charakteru, w porównaniu do innych maszynek, przejawiaja sie w jej ogólnym ksztalcie oraz uzyciu i rozmieszczeniu istotnych elementów niezbednych do funkcjonowania maszynki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia maszynke z boku – widok glówny, fig. 2 – maszynka widok boczny, fig. 3 – widok od przodu, fig. 4 – widok boczny od góry. Na fig. 4 rozmieszczone sa elementy: 1 – korpus maszynki, 2 – mocowanie korpusu, 3 – docisk korpusu, 4 – wlacznik, 5 – bieg wsteczny. Istotna cecha maszynki jest jej niepowtarzalny ksztalt obudowy przedstawiony na zdjeciach w ilustracji wzoru. The features of novelty and individual character, compared to other grinders, are manifested in its overall shape and the use and arrangement of essential elements necessary for the grinder's operation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the grinder from the side – main view, Fig. 2 – grinder side view, Fig. 3 – front view, Fig. 4 – side view from the top. Fig. 4 shows the following elements: 1 – grinder body, 2 – body mounting, 3 – body clamp, 4 – switch, 5 – reverse gear. An important feature of the grinder is its unique housing shape, shown in the photos in the illustration of the design.
