Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indy- widualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Cechy istotne wzoru: Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest forma i ksztalt roweru imitujacego motocykl. Po- siada on komplet dodatków, które w polaczeniu zmieniaja jego forme ze zwyklego roweru na rower o oryginalnym wygladzie motocykla. Rower ten wystepuje w trzech rozmiarach: 12", 16", 18", oraz czte- rech wersjach kolorystycznych: niebieskim, czerwonym, zielonym oraz zóltym. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photos: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6. Essential features of the design: The essential features of the industrial design are the form and shape of the bicycle imitating a motorcycle. It has a set of accessories which, when combined, change its form from an ordinary bicycle to a bicycle with the original appearance of a motorcycle. This bike is available in three sizes: 12", 16", 18", and four color versions: blue, red, green and yellow. It consists of a steel frame, main wheels, auxiliary wheels, handlebars and characteristic sets of plastic casing and metal fenders, which combined create a bike with the appearance of a "HARLEY" type motorcycle.
