Tomasz Rozkrut Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 9.7.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stojak reklamowy, stosowany w ekspozycjach wystawienniczych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowy ksztalt stojaka, przejawiajacy sie nowym ksztaltem podstawy oraz zwienczenia. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zala- czonych rysunkach, na których fig.1 przedstawia stojak rekla- mowy dwustronny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 stojak re- klamowy jednostronny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3 sto- jak reklamowy dwustronny w widoku bocznym, a fig.4 stojak re- klamowy jednostronny w widoku bocznym. Podstawa stojaka reklamowego ma ksztalt niepelnego pólkola o regularnej szerokosci, a jej koncówki sa stopniowo sciete. Centralnie ma ulokowane dwa szczelinowe wyciecia. Zwienczeni ma ksztalt niepelnego pólkola o regularnej szerokosci oraz ksztalt wycinka kola o regularnej szerok&sfci. PL PLTomasz Rozkrut's design registration rights are effective from July 9, 2001. The design is for an advertising stand used in exhibition displays. The essence of the design is the new shape of the stand, manifested by the new shape of the base and top. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a double-sided advertising stand, Fig. 2 a perspective view of a single-sided advertising stand, Fig. 3 a side view of a double-sided advertising stand, and Fig. 4 a side view of a single-sided advertising stand. The base of the advertising stand is in the shape of an incomplete semicircle of regular width, with gradually beveled ends. It has two centrally located slotted cutouts. The finial has the shape of an incomplete semicircle of regular width and the shape of a segment of a circle of regular width. PL PL
