Wzór przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1, 2 przedstawia stól w widoku z boku, fig. 3 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru to: blat ma postac szklanej tafli o zarysie okregu usytuowanej na podstawie, która stanowia trzy azurowe bryly wykonane z metalu o zarysach scietych stozków o podstawach o zarysie pieciokata foremnego, polaczone wzajemnie plaszczyznami bocznymi, pod katem.
