The essence of the industrial design is a new form of dragee, manifested in their shape – their arrangement regardless of flavor and type of coating. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a confectionery product containing three oval dragees, each connected to the other in a top view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The confectionery product according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it contains three dragees formed into a new shape.
