Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest technologia druku rezystancyjnych czujników temperatury, której efektem będzie produkcja inteligentnych opakowań spożywczych z czujnikami temperatury. Czujniki będą drukowane metodą fleksograficzną tj. metodą druku wypukłego za pomocą elastycznej formy przy użyciu szybkoschnących farb. The subject of the invention is the technology of printing resistive temperature sensors, which will result in the production of intelligent food packaging with temperature sensors. The sensors will be printed using the flexographic method, i.e. the relief printing method using a flexible form using quick-drying inks.
Znane rozwiązania to m.in. wynalazek o numerze prawa ochronnego EP3177900 - Czujnik i sposób wytwarzania czujników, zgłoszonego przez Forschungszentrum Julich Gmbh. The production of sensors by printing is known, however, as of the date of submission of the application, sensors are not printed on a mass scale. Thanks to the technology being the subject of the invention, it will be possible to mass-produce resistance temperature sensors. Known solutions include: invention with protection right number EP3177900 - Sensor and method of manufacturing sensors, submitted by Forschungszentrum Julich Gmbh. The manufacturer of resistance sensors in Poland is also JUMO GmbH & Co (www.jumo.pl), however, the production by the abovementioned offspring is not carried out using the flexographic method.
The sensors are printed using the flexographic method. The sensor printing plate is usually made of polymers or rubber, and its flexibility allows printing on a wide range of substrates, even if they are not perfectly even. Thanks to the use of a cylindrical shape of the form, it is possible to print on a base material of any length rolled into large rolls (roll2roll technique). The sensors will have a coefficient of α = 1.777 K-1 with a standard deviation of approx. 0.080 K-1. Their initial resistance R0 will be 100.00 Ω approx. 3.33 Ω. The influence of the dielectric layer and, above all, the ambient humidity on the sensors will be acceptably small.
The applicant intends to use silver sensors. The coefficient α for silver is about 1.777-10-3 K-1. This coefficient is lower than the standard coefficient α for silver, which is 4.1-10 -3 K -1 . This is due to the grainy structure of the conductive paths made of silver nanoparticles. During heating and sintering in a dryer, silver particles combine with each other, but they do not form a homogeneous structure. Therefore, these sensors will be more stable with time and higher temperatures.
Długość pól kontaktowych to 3,9 mm x 3,9 mm.The printed sensors will have a resistance of 0°C - 100 Ω. The characteristic resistance of the printed silver tracks will be 0.06 Ω. The length of the resistor will be about 1800 "squares". Therefore, assuming a track width of 334.5 μm, the total track length in the active part of the sensor will be approximately 540 mm. The length of the contact pads is 3.9 mm x 3.9 mm.
The form of connection for resistive sensors in the applicant's technology is a 4-wire system. In such a measuring system, the resistance sensor will be supplied with the measuring current through one pair of terminals, and the voltage drop on the resistance of the sensor will be measured on the other pair of terminals (contact pads). The voltage drop determined in this way is independent of the properties of the connecting wires.
Parametry drukarki do wydruku tuszu będą następujące: amplituda napięcia sterującego dyszami wynosiła około 23-24 V, temperatura dyszy ok. 34°C, częstotliwość generowania kropli 5 kHz, rozdzielczość wy druku (odległość kolejnych kropli tuszu na podłożu) 20 μm. Po wydruku, w celu utwardzenia nadrukowanego kształtu ścieżek przewodzących i spieczenia znajdujących się w tuszu cząstek srebra, podłoże będzie wygrzewane w suszarce przez 2 godz. w temperaturze 200°C.The conductive layer of the sensors will be printed using ink with silver nanoparticles. Before use, the ink will be filtered with a filter with a mesh size of 0.20 μm, and then degassed for 10 minutes. The filtration procedure is designed to remove aggregated conglomerates of silver particles that could clog the printhead nozzles. Degassing is designed to get rid of air bubbles to ensure the proper structure of the ink and the printing of homogeneous drops. In order to ensure a sufficiently fast evaporation of the ink solvent and to prevent excessive spreading of the printed shapes, the temperature of the substrate during the printing of the tracks will be set to 60°C. Printing will be done using 3 nozzles. The parameters of the printer for printing the ink will be as follows: the amplitude of the voltage controlling the nozzles was about 23-24 V, the temperature of the nozzle was about 34°C, the droplet generation frequency was 5 kHz, the print resolution (the distance of successive ink drops on the substrate) was 20 μm. After printing, in order to harden the printed shape of the conductive paths and sinter the silver particles in the ink, the substrate will be heated in the dryer for 2 hours. at 200°C.
In order to ensure good adhesion to the substrate and to the silver tracks, the printing of the dielectric layer will be preceded by activation of the substrate in plasma in an argon atmosphere for 3 minutes and with the generator power of 40 W. The temperature of the substrate during printing will be 30°C. Printing will be done using 3 nozzles.
Parametry drukarki do wydruku tuszu będą następujące: amplituda napięcia sterującego wynosiła około 25-26 V, temperatura dyszy 44°C, częstotliwość generowania kropli 5 kHz, rozdzielczość wy-The parameters of the printer for ink printing will be as follows: the control voltage amplitude was about 25-26 V, the nozzle temperature was 44 ° C, the drop generation frequency was 5 kHz, the output resolution was
