Description of the invention

The subject of the invention is a bag - a case, especially for a laptop, that allows easy and safe carrying and use in transport, as well as the method of closing and opening it.

The invention is based on an innovative approach to the product on many levels.

First of all, the product is made of 100% natural raw materials, thanks to which the product becomes ecological, combining the advantages of known solutions: bags - a case, especially for a laptop, with a shape and size adapted to most models available on the market.

The present invention relates to a laptop carrying bag that is configurable in a variety of closure modes. The convertible bag includes a body that is shaped and configured for insertion of a notebook computer. It has a pair of handles connected to the body, each handle having an opening sized to receive a hand and at least three connectors, one connector attached to each handle and one connector attached to the body, with two or more of the at least three connectors being positioned to engage with each other when the pair of handles is in a first position revealing the openings and when the pair of handles is in a second folded position on the surface.

The differences between my invention and the invention from the USA are the closure method, structure, construction and functionality.

My invention. Bag - The case is made of 100% natural raw materials, thanks to which it becomes an ecological product.

The innovative structure and construction allows you to achieve a monolithic shape and combine two functions, BAGS when the handles are outside and CASES when both handles are put inside while closing them.

The bag described in the application No. US2006 / 0228052 is a different product, the main differences are the method of closure, construction, functionality and construction.

Artificial raw materials are used for the construction, which makes the product not ecological.

The design of the bag is based on the connection of the handles with the body - it is not a monolithic structure.

With the described arrangement of handles, the product performs the function of a bag and is limited only to the method of closing, which also differs from my invention in terms of the method of closing.

In each described arrangement of handles, a product from the USA is a Bag, which is completely different from my product, which, due to the developed structure, has two functions of a bag and a pouch.

The essence of the invention is the method of closing and opening the bag - a case, a monolithic structure that allows to change into a bag or a case, construction from natural raw materials, characterized by the fact that the materials alternately form a uniform plane - a wall, a material composite consisting of three layers creating structures with previously given shape, so that after joining two planes - the walls with seams, create a finished product that has two functions of a bag when the handles are folded out or a case when both handles are put inside and closing them at the same time.

The ecological and innovative assumption was achieved thanks to the use of a case of natural raw materials - materials - fig. 3X (leather fig. 3A, 2X, felt fig. 3B or thick leather fig. 3C). The natural filling, fig. 3X (felt 3B or thick leather 3C) performs the construction functions, giving the appropriate shape of the bag - the case and the protective function against direct mechanical damage during an impact and increases the shock absorption during a fall by absorbing a large part of the kinetic energy.

The leather has an aesthetic function, giving the product an appropriate appearance, fig. 3X (fig. 3A), through a combination of colors and type of leather, thickness, etc., as well as protecting the natural filling itself, fig. 3X (felt 3B or thick skin 3C) against direct weather conditions and impact mechanical, allowing to maintain the long-term ability to perform the function of the product structure and in the inner part (leather fig. 2X), also protecting the natural filling fig. 3X (felt 3B or thick leather 3C) against direct impact.

The product combines the advantages of two functions of the case (e.g. fig. 4, 5, 7, 7A) in the development of appropriate ergonomics and an innovative technical solution in the form of closing and opening and magnetic closure with the bag function (e.g. fig. 1B, 6) and sending a product of an elegant business look with appropriate folding of the moving parts (e.g. fig. 2B, 8) and securing, thanks to the use of magnets, the automatic tilting of the handles when the bag is open (e.g. fig. 2A, 2B, 8, fig. 1).

Innovation is also the combination of natural raw materials - alternately materials (Fig. 3X) joined together by gluing over the entire surface and sewing, creating a uniform plane - a composite with an appropriate shape and profile, thanks to the appropriate thickness of natural materials - raw materials. Such a technical solution allowed, among other things, to completely eliminate the lining inside the product.

Examples of combinations of natural raw materials - materials for the development of the finished bag - case:

The advantage is the possibility of using very soft leather outside and inside, giving the product an exclusive, delicate character while maintaining a rigid, durable structure. The ecological dimension of the finished product has been achieved thanks to the elimination of artificial materials, e.g. artificial sponge, all kinds of artificial stiffeners.

When developing the invention in terms of function - technique, it should be mentioned that the handles and the entire bag can have different shapes, while the very idea of the invention is based on the method of closing and opening, construction, structure and function: Bags and Pouch and hiding - folding the handles and remains unchanged (e.g. fig. 4, 2A, 9, 7A).

The surface of the bag is so profiled by the appropriate thickness of the natural filling (e.g. Fig. 1A) that after storing - folding the handles, the bag changes its functions while maintaining a still flat surface without excessive bulging of the handles (e.g. Fig. 2A. 4).
