PL 24014 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól rozkladany o zmiennej geometrii blatu i przez to o róznych walorach uzytkowych oraz zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 i fig. 2 pokazano w widoku perspektywicznym 2 odmiany wzoru. Dodatkowo na fig. 1a i fig. 2a pokazano te dwie odmiany stolu po zlozeniu blatu na pól wzdluz linii podzialu blatu. Stoly wedlug wzoru wersji rozlozonej, pokazanej na fig. 1 i fig. 2, maja blat ustawiony na pieciu nogach. Jak pokazano na fig. 1a i fig. 2a, po zlozeniu blatu na pól wzdluz linii podzialu blatu, obrotowa czesc blatu lezy na stalej polówce blatu – stól stoi wtedy na czterech nogach. Piata noga, która jest sztywno zwiazana z obrotowa czescia blatu, sterczy pionowo ponad blatem i pelni funkcje lampy stojacej na krancu zlozonego blatu. Lampa ta moze byc wykorzystywana do oswietlania przestrzeni pod stolem, gdy blat stolu jest rozlozony. Odmiana 1 wzoru, pokazana w stanie rozlozonym na fig. 1 oraz na fig. 1a w stanie zlozonym, to stól, którego blat ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu. Linia podzialu przebiega wzdluz osi symetrii owalu. Odmiana 2 wzoru, pokazana w stanie rozlozonym na fig. 2 oraz na fig. 2a w stanie zlozonym, to stól, którego blat ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu z zaokraglonymi narozami. Linia podzialu przebiega wzdluz osi symetrii trapezu. Cechy istotne wzoru to charakterystyczny ksztalt stolu ze skladanym na pól blatem, z piecioma nogami, z których jedna jest sztywno zamocowana z obrotowa czescia blatu tak, ze po zlozeniu blatu na pól wzdluz osi symetrii sterczy pionowo ponad blatem i pelni funkcje lampy stojacej na krancu zlozonego blatu. Lampa stanowi integralna czesc piatej nogi i moze tez byc wykorzystywana do oswietlania przestrzeni pod stolem, gdy blat stolu jest rozlozony. Pozostale cztery nogi sa sztywno zamocowane do drugiej polówki blatu i to na nich stoi stól po zlozeniu blatu na pól. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show two variations of the design in perspective view. Additionally, Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a show these two variations of the table after folding the top in half along the top's dividing line. Tables designed according to the extendable version shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 have a top set on five legs. As shown in Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a, after folding the top in half along the top's dividing line, the rotating portion of the top rests on the fixed half of the top – the table then stands on four legs. The fifth leg, which is rigidly attached to the rotating part of the tabletop, protrudes vertically above the tabletop and functions as a floor lamp at the end of the folded tabletop. This lamp can be used to illuminate the space under the tabletop when the tabletop is extended. Design variant 1, shown in the extended state in Fig. 1 and in the folded state in Fig. 1a, is a table whose top is roughly oval in shape. The dividing line runs along the oval's axis of symmetry. Design variant 2, shown in the extended state in Fig. 2 and in the folded state in Fig. 2a, is a table whose top is roughly trapezoidal in shape with rounded corners. The dividing line runs along the trapezoidal axis of symmetry. The design's key features include a distinctive table shape with a foldable tabletop and five legs, one of which is rigidly attached to the rotating part of the tabletop so that when the tabletop is folded in half along the axis of symmetry, it protrudes vertically above the tabletop and functions as a floor lamp at the end of the folded tabletop. The lamp is an integral part of the fifth leg and can also be used to illuminate the space under the table when the tabletop is extended. The remaining four legs are rigidly attached to the other half of the tabletop, and they support the table when the tabletop is folded in half.
