PL 23916 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest monolityczna plytka z wykonanymi w niej stalymi moco- waniami do igiel majaca zastosowanie jako element zageszczacza próbek chemicznych czy biologicz- nych w analityce chemicznej lub medycznej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztalt, uklad oraz grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane plytki w widoku perspektywicznym. Plytka posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: – pierwsza odmiana plytki ma ksztalt prostokata, na której znajduja sie wzdluz dluzszego boku w dwunastu rzedach wystajace elementy w ksztalcie walca, po osiem w rzedzie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a. – druga odmiana plytki ma ksztalt prostokata, na której znajduja sie wzdluz dluzszego boku w siedmiu rzedach wystajace elementy w ksztalcie walca, po piec w rzedzie, jak przed- stawiono na Fig. 2, Fig. 2a. – trzecia odmiana plytki ma ksztalt prostokata, na której znajduja sie wzdluz dluzszego boku w pieciu rzedach wystajace elementy w ksztalcie walca, po trzy w rzedzie, jak przedsta- wiono na Fig. 3, Fig. 3a. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the design with an individual character, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours and shape, arrangement and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 – shows the first variant of the plate in a perspective view. The tile has essential features of an industrial design where: – the first variety of the tile has the shape of a rectangle, on which there are twelve rows of protruding cylindrical elements along the longer side, eight in a row, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a. – the second variety of the tile has the shape of a rectangle, on which there are seven rows of protruding cylindrical elements along the longer side, five in a row, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a. – the third variety of the tile has the shape of a rectangle, on which there are five rows of protruding cylindrical elements along the longer side, three in a row, as shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a.
