PL 23876 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego OPIS: Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tylna obudowa podajnika na papierosy wyposazonego w monitor, montowanego w sieciach handlowych w obrebie boksów kasowych. Na rynku sa dostepne podajniki na papierosy, które nie maja tak wygladajacego monitora z tylu podajnika, a ich wyglad powoduje, ze tyl podajnika nie wyglada nowoczesnie i jest toporny pomimo, iz jest skierowany w strone hali zakupowej i jest widoczny przez klientów sklepu. Nowoscia jest zastosowanie duzego monitora multimedialnego, który prawie w calosci wypelnia tylna obudowe podajnika na papierosy, oslonietego opcjonalnie dodatkowo oslona z transparentnego szkla lub transparentnego tworzywa sztucznego. Dzieki takiemu zabiegowi, tyl podajnika wyglada znacznie nowoczesniej i lzej. Uzyskuje efekt „czystosci". W niniejszym zgloszeniu znaczenie slowa „monitor" jest tozsame ze znaczeniem slowa „ekran". Wzór wystepuje w dwóch odmianach: 1. Podajnik z monitorem umieszczonym poziomo (Fig. 1) 2. Podajnik z monitorem umieszczonym poziomo z transparentna oslona (Fig. 3) Kolorystyka obydwu odmian nie jest cecha istotna. Monitor jest wbudowany w plaszczyzne wykonana w blachy lub tworzywa sztucznego. Nie posiada dodatkowej oslony. ODMIANA 2 – istotne cechy szczególne: Cecha odmiany drugiej jest poziome umieszczenie monitora na tylnej powierzchni podajnika za oslona z transparentnego szkla lub transparentnego tworzywa sztucznego (Fig. 3). W niniejszej wersji oslona moze byc oklejana folia lub malowana farbami, róznymi metodami za- równo od strony wewnetrznej jak i zewnetrznej obudowy. Jest równiez mozliwe oklejenie lub malowanie w polu widzenia monitora, dzieki czemu mozna osiagnac wizualnie dowolna wielkosc monitora. Dzieki oslonie mozna zastosowac mniejszy monitor, nie zmieniajac wygladu zewnetrznego obudowy podajnika. ISTOTNE CECHY WSPÓLNE dla odmiany 1 i odmiany 2 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3): Cecha wspólna jest zastosowanie duzego monitora na tylnej czesci obudowy podajnika na pa- pierosy oraz jego proporcje. Caly ksztalt podajnika jest jednakowy dla obydwu odmian. Wszystkie proporcje tylnej sciany, sa jednakowe dla obydwu odmian. Cigarette dispensers are available on the market that do not have this type of monitor on the rear of the dispenser, and their appearance makes the rear of the dispenser look unmodern and clunky, even though it faces the shopping hall and is visible to store customers. A novelty is the use of a large multimedia monitor that almost entirely fills the rear housing of the cigarette dispenser, optionally additionally covered with a cover made of transparent glass or transparent plastic. This solution gives the rear of the dispenser a much more modern and lighter appearance, achieving a "clean" effect. In this application, the meaning of the word "monitor" is the same as the meaning of the word "screen." The design comes in two variations: 1. Dispenser with a horizontally placed monitor (Fig. 1) 2. Dispenser with a horizontally placed monitor with a transparent cover (Fig. 3) The colors of both variations are not important. The monitor is built into a surface made of sheet metal or plastic. It does not have an additional cover. VARIATION 2 – significant special features: A feature of the second version is the horizontal placement of the monitor on the rear surface of the dispenser, behind a cover made of transparent glass or transparent plastic (Fig. 3). In this version, the cover can be covered with foil or painted using various methods, both on the inside and outside of the housing. It is also possible to cover or paint within the monitor's field of view, allowing for any visual size of the monitor. Thanks to the cover, a smaller monitor can be used without changing the external appearance of the dispenser housing. COMMON FEATURES for version 1 and version 2 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3): A common feature is the use of a large monitor on the rear of the cigarette dispenser housing and its proportions. The entire shape of the dispenser is the same for both versions. All proportions of the back wall are the same for both varieties.
