Przedmiotem wynalazku jest osłona dla osób zakaźnie chorych stosowana dla pacjentów zaintubowanych, wentylowanych nieinwazyjnie i na oddechu własnym.The subject of the invention is a cover for infectiously ill people used for intubated, non-invasively ventilated and breathing patients.

Służy on do zapobiegania niekontrolowanemu rozprzestrzenianiu się aerozolu wydychanego przez pacjentów zakażonych koronawirusem SARS-CoV-2 oraz innych wysoko zakaźnych patogenów. Prototyp namiotu wykonany jest z folii o grubości 0,3 mm o wysokim stopniu przezierności. Ma formę niewielkiej pokrywy stworzonej z przeziernej folii, wyposażonej w okolicy głowy pacjenta w dwie śluzy pozwalające na wprowadzenie rąk. Śluzy mają formę rękawów zakończonych elastycznym zwężeniem na dystalnym końcu. Konstrukcję urządzenia stanowią dwa giętkie pałąki, na których rozpostarta jest pokrywa foliowa wraz ze śluzami. Istotą osłony dla osób zakaźnie chorych, montowanej na łóżku z materacem jest to, że składa się ona z płyty podstawowej, do której krawędzi zamocowana jest pod kątem prostym dolną krawędzią płyta tylna z otworem w centralnej części. Do górnej krawędzi płyty tylnej zamocowana jest płyta dachowa ułożona równolegle i nad płytą podstawową. Do płyty dachowej zamocowana jest folia zwisająca ku dołowi i osłaniająca przestrzeń pomiędzy płytą podstawową, płytą tylną, płytą dachową oraz materacem. W płycie dachowej znajdują się otwory wentylacyjne pozwalające zamontować filtr oddechowy hepa umożliwiający filtrowanie powietrza wydostającego się spod osłony. Wskazane jest, aby płyta podstawowa posiadała kształt prostokąta z dwoma ściętymi narożami, do której najkrótszego odcinka zamocowana jest płyta tylna w kształcie prostokąta, a po obu stronach płyty tylnej zamocowane były płyty pomocnicze ułożone równolegle do płyty podstawowej. Korzystnym skutkiem zastosowania wynalazku jest ochrona osób trzecich, a zwłaszcza pracowników służby zdrowia przed zakażeniem chorobą zakaźną przez pacjenta ułożonego na łóżku, jednocześnie umożliwiając stałą obserwację chorego przez personel. RTG, USG) wykonywanej na łóżku pacjenta. Dzięki prostej konstrukcji możliwy jest jej szybki demontaż, odkażenie i zamontowanie dla kolejnego pacjenta. Mocowane urządzenie telekomunikacyjne dla pacjenta sprzężonego z urządzeniem telekomunikacyjnym personelu medycznego umożliwia kontakt z nim lekarza podczas badania oraz monitorowanie jego stanu zdrowia. The combination of the tablet with a non-contact thermometer enables periodic temperature measurement without the care staff approaching the patient.

Osłona dla osób zakaźnie chorych, montowana na łóżku w przykładzie wykonania przedstawionym na rysunku składa się z płyty podstawowej 1 w kształcie prostokąta z dwoma ściętymi narożami, do której najkrótszego odcinka zamocowana jest pod kątem prostym płyta tylna 2 w kształcie prostokąta z otworem 2a w centralnej części w kształcie kwadratu. Otwór 2a służy do badania pacjenta. Do górnej krawędzi płyty tylnej 2 zamocowana jest płyta dachowa 3 ułożona równolegle i nad płytą podstawową 1 do płyty tylnej 2 po obu jej stronach zamocowane są płyty pomocnicze 6a, 6b ułożone równolegle do płyty podstawowej 1. Do płyty dachowej 3 od strony górnej zamocowany jest drugi uchwyt 13 na drugie urządzenie telekomunikacyjne 14 w postaci tableta umożliwiającego kontakt wzrokowy lekarza z pacjentem podczas badania go przez otwór 2a w płycie tylnej 2. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania przesłony przedstawianej na fig. 3 rysunku otwór 2a w płycie tylnej 2 zasłonięty jest stałą przesłoną 9 łączącą rękawy wraz z rękawicami 10. To rozwiązanie 10 jest szczególnie przydatne przy zastosowaniu w izolacji pacjentów chorych na łatwo rozprzestrzeniające się choroby.
