PL 23845 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny profil haka, przejawiajacy sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1–5, na którym: Fig. 1 przedstawia hak w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 przedstawia hak w widoku na wprost, Fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój haka w ksztalcie sinusa polaczonego z trapezem, Fig. 4 przedstawia przekrój haka w ksztalcie trapezu, Fig. 5 przedstawia przekrój haka w ksztalcie sinusa. Profil haka wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig 1–5 wykonany z plaskownika, posiadajacy przeprofilowania, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci przetloczen wzdluz linii A–A w przekroju o ksztalcie figur geometrycznych lub linii falistych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1–5. Hak o profilu wedlug wzoru wykonany jest z pofalowanej bednarki. Profil haka wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci przetloczen w przekroju o ksztalcie figur geometrycznych lub linii falistych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings Figs. 1-5, in which: Fig. 1 shows the hook in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the hook in a straight view, Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of a sine-shaped hook connected to a trapezoid, Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of a trapezoid-shaped hook, Fig. 5 shows a cross-section of a sine-shaped hook. The hook profile according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1-5, made of flat bar, with re-profiling, has essential features of the industrial design in the form of embossing along the line A-A in the cross-section in the shape of geometric figures or wavy lines, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-5. The hook with the profile according to the pattern is made of wavy hoop iron. The hook profile according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of embossing in the cross-section in the shape of geometric figures or wavy lines, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The hook profile according to the pattern shown in Fig. 2 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of embossing along the line A-A in the cross-section in the shape of geometric figures, and has mounting holes (1) located in the upper part of the flat bar, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2.
