Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z boku, fig. 2 odswiezacz w widoku z czola, fig. 3 odswiezacz w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 odswiezacz w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 5 odswiezacz z fig. 4 z czesciowym przekrojem. Odswiezacz powietrza ma ksztalt krazka, którego krawedz sciany bocznej jest zaokraglona w strone sciany czolowej a na czesci obwodu sciany bocznej w dwóch miejscach lezacych po przeciwleglych stronach, znajduja sie wzdluzne wyciecia. Sciana czolowa zawiera dodatkowy element ozdobny imitujacy obejme kola zapasowego samochodu terenowego, której pas srodkowy zawiera plaszczyzne perforowanaotworami a calosc zakonczona jest promieniowymi uchwytami wychodzacymi poza obrys krazka. Nad elementem ozdobnym na czolowej powierzchni krazka umieszczona jest wzdluznie prostokatna wklejka do tego sciana tylna posiada na czesci obwodu otwory oraz skupione w czesci srodkowej cztery identyczne wystepy, których jedna z plaszczyzn wzdluznych kazdego wystepu jest prosta a druga nieznacznie pogrubiona w strone sciany tylnej. The subject of the ornamental design is an air freshener intended particularly for placement in the interior of motor vehicles. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in shape, intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener from a side view, Fig. 2 the freshener from the front, Fig. 3 the freshener from the back view, Fig. 4 the freshener from the top view, and Fig. 5 the freshener from Fig. 4 with a partial cross-section. The air freshener is shaped like a disc, with the edge of the side wall rounded towards the front wall, and longitudinal cutouts located along part of the side wall's circumference in two opposing locations. The front wall includes an additional decorative element imitating an off-road vehicle spare tire holder, the center band of which contains a perforated surface, and the entire assembly is topped with radial brackets extending beyond the disc's outline. A rectangular insert is placed lengthwise above the decorative element on the front surface of the disc. The rear wall has holes along part of its circumference and four identical protrusions clustered in the center, with one longitudinal surface of each protrusion being straight and the other slightly thickened towards the rear wall.
