Pokretlo zaworu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 2 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pokretlo zaworu, sto- sowane w armaturze sieci domowej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowy ksztalt pokretla przejawiajacy sie w nowym uksztaltowaniu czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig.l przedstawia pokretlo zaworu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 pokretlo w widoku bocznym, a fig.3 pokretlo w widoku z góry. Pokretlo stanowi nowe rozwiazanie pod wzgledem ksztaltu, wynikajace z ulokowania na jego plaskiej okraglej podstawie eliptycznej czesci chwytowej, lekko wychodzacej poza obreb okraglej podstawy. Czesc chwytowa, na calej swej wysokosci i dlugosci odpowiadajacej srednicy okraglej podstawy, ma prazki, Na eliptycznej czesci chwytowej, od góry, ulokowany jest napis. PL PL PLValve Knob The design registration right is valid from May 2, 2001. The design is for a valve knob used in home electrical fittings. The essence of the design is a new shape of the knob, manifested in the new shape of the grip portion. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the valve knob in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the knob in a side view, and Fig. 3 the knob in a top view. The knob represents a new shape resulting from the location of an elliptical grip portion on its flat, circular base, slightly extending beyond the circular base. The grip section, along its entire height and length corresponding to the diameter of the round base, is ribbed. An inscription is located on the top of the elliptical grip section. PL PL PL
