The right of registration of the decorative design is valid from .e.?.'??/.^®^ Lampshade The subject of the decorative design is an opaque lampshade mounted in a chandelier, wall sconce, or floor lamp fixture, with a mounting hole at the top. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the lampshade, manifesting itself in the shape, ornamentation, and line arrangement giving the shade an original appearance. The lampshade is shown in photos illustrating a side view of the shade with the ornament, where Fig. 1 shows a variant of the lampshade with an ellipsoidal outline of the side projection of the shade, and Fig. 2 shows a variant of the lampshade with a parabolic outline of the side projection of the shade. The lampshade, as per the decorative pattern, is made of an opaque, yellow-and-cream material in the shape of a bowl with a mounting hole in the upper part of the vault for the fixture. The lower part of the lampshade features outwardly folded ruffles, decorated with a dark rim on the outer surface. The side view of the lampshade, as per the decorative pattern, has an ellipse shape, and the surface forming the bowl features an ornament in the form of a loosely arranged bouquet of chrysanthemum flowers (marguerite), as shown in Fig. 1. A variation of the lampshade, as per the decorative pattern, has a Cfcasze with an ornament in the form of a bouquet of chrysanthemum flowers (marguerite) and outwardly folded ruffles, outlined with a dark rim on the outer surface.
