PL 23702 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka przedstawiajaca kobieca, smukla postac aniola z zamknietymi oczami, skrzydlami, z dlugimi wlosami, i w dlugiej sukni, trzymajacego w dloniach szar- fe. Figurka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na arkuszu zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 – widok figurki od frontu, fig. 2 – widok figurki od boku, fig. 3 – widok figurki od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – figurke stanowi przestrzenne wyobrazenie aniola jako postaci kobiety, – aniol ma skrzydla, które sa rozlozone po bokach postaci i maja widoczne zlobienia imi- tujace pióra, – skrzydla widoczne z tylu maja wyrazny przedzialek je rozdzielajacy biegnacy pionowo wzdluz, – usta aniola sa zamkniete, ulozone w lekki usmiech, – aniol ma zamkniete oczy, – aniol ma zarysowany nos, – aniol ma dlugie proste wlosy z przedzialkiem z prawej strony, których czesc jest zebra- na z tylu glowy postaci w luzny kok, z którego zwisaja luzno kosmyki wlosów, – aniol trzyma rece na podbrzuszu, dlonie zachodza na siebie, ich palce sa wyodrebnione, – przez przedramiona przelozona jest szarfa opasajaca luzno sylwetke aniola wokól i z tylu, której konce zwisaja luzno wzdluz ciala do wysokosci ud, – biust jest wyraznie zarysowany, – aniol ma dluga suknie rozkloszowana u dolu, – suknia ma dekolt wyciety „w karo", – rekawy sukni sa dlugie, nadgarstki sa przykryte szarfa, – glowa aniola zwrócona jest delikatnie w prawo. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 23702 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a figurine depicting a feminine, slender figure of an angel with closed eyes, wings, long hair, and a long dress, holding a sash in her hands. The figurine according to the industrial design is presented on a collective sheet, on which Fig. 1 – view of the figurine from the front, Fig. 2 – view of the figurine from the side, Fig. 3 – view of the figurine from the back. The essential features of the industrial design are that: – the figurine is a three-dimensional representation of an angel as a female figure, – the angel has wings that are spread out on the sides of the figure and have visible grooves imitating feathers, – the wings visible from the back have a distinct parting separating them running vertically along, – the angel's mouth is closed, arranged in a slight smile, – the angel has closed eyes, – the angel has a defined nose, – the angel has long straight hair parted on the right side, part of which is gathered at the back of the figure's head in a loose bun from which strands of hair hang loosely, – the angel holds her hands on her lower abdomen, the hands overlapping, their fingers are separated, – a scarf is passed over the forearms, loosely wrapping the angel's figure around and behind, the ends of which hang loosely along the body to the thighs, – the bust is clearly outlined, – the angel is wearing a long dress flared at the bottom, – the dress has a square neckline, – the dress has long sleeves, the wrists are covered with a sash, – the angel's head is turned slightly to the right.
