PL 23601 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do przechowywania i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi obustronnie splaszczona bryle o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostokata. U dolu bryly butelki znajduje sie obustronne przewezenie, nad którym krawedzie boczne rozszerzaja sie na zewnatrz i przechodza w kielichowate zwienczenie zakonczone walcowa szyjka z gwintem. Pod przewezeniem znajduje sie obustronny lukowy wystep, tworzacy stope butelki. Pod kielichowatym zwienczeniem znajduje sie obustronny lukowy wystep, tworzacy podstawe szyjki butelki. Lukowe wystepy na przedniej i tylnej sciance u dolu i u góry bryly butelki stykaja sie na bocznych sciankach z prostokatnymi plaszczyznami bocznymi, biegnacymi od stopy do podstawy szyjki butelki. Proporcje butelki, w tym pojemnosc, wysokosc, szerokosc i srednica oraz dlugosc i srednica szyjki moga byc zróznicowane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych reprodukcjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 – butelke w widoku izometrycznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi symetrycznie obustronnie splaszczona bryle, przy czym plaszczyzny splaszczenia tworza scianki przednia i tylna. W widoku z przodu bryla butelki ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, przy czym u dolu znajduje sie niewielkie, obustronne, boczne przewezenie, nad którym krawedzie boczne scianek przedniej i tylnej rozszerzaja sie lagodnie na zewnatrz i przechodza w kielichowate zwienczenie zakonczone walcowa szyjka z gwintem. Pod przewezeniem u dolu bryly butelki, na sciankach przedniej i tylnej, znajduja sie lukowe wystepy, które tworza wyodrebniona wizualnie stope butelki. Na sciankach bocznych znajduja sie prostokatne plaszczyzny boczne, biegnace od stopy do podstawy szyjki butelki, przy czym prostokatne plaszczyzny boczne maja oble krawedzie, a ponadto lukowe wystepy u góry i dolu scianek przedniej i tylnej koncza sie w miejscu styku z oblymi krawedziami prostokatnych plaszczyzn bocznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The bottle according to the industrial design is a solid flattened on both sides in the shape of an elongated rectangle. At the bottom of the bottle body there is a bilateral narrowing, above which the side edges expand outwards and pass into a cup-shaped finial finished with a cylindrical neck with thread. Below the narrowing there is a double-sided arched protrusion, forming the foot of the bottle. Below the cup-shaped finial there is a double-sided arched protrusion, forming the base of the bottle neck. The arcuate projections on the front and rear walls at the bottom and top of the bottle body meet on the side walls with rectangular side planes running from the foot to the base of the bottle neck. The proportions of the bottle, including capacity, height, width and diameter and the length and diameter of the neck may be varied. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached reproductions, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 – the bottle in a side view and Fig. 3 – the bottle in an isometric view. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle according to the industrial design is a symmetrically flattened body on both sides, with the flattening planes forming the front and rear walls. In the front view, the bottle body has the shape of an elongated rectangle, with a small, bilateral, lateral narrowing at the bottom, above which the side edges of the front and rear walls gently widen outwards and pass into a cup-shaped crown finished with a cylindrical neck with a thread. Under the narrowing at the bottom of the bottle body, on the front and rear walls, there are arched projections that create a visually distinct bottle foot. Under the cup-shaped crown at the top of the bottle body, on the front and rear walls, there are arched projections that create a visually distinct base of the bottle neck. The side walls have rectangular side surfaces, running from the foot to the base of the bottle neck, where the rectangular side surfaces have rounded edges, and in addition the arc-shaped projections at the top and bottom of the front and rear walls end at the point of contact with the rounded edges of the rectangular side surfaces.
