Istota przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego zostala w pelni uwidoczniona na rysunkach stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. The design is intended for use on, among other things, various promotional items and gadgets. The essence of the industrial design is fully demonstrated in the drawings that constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the sought legal protection. The symbol is shown in the figures of the drawing, which show the variations of the symbol: Fig. 1 shows a black and white form of the symbol with the airplane wheels, which are chopped, Fig. 2 shows a form of the symbol, in which the dominant color is blue, which is also the color filled with the airplane wheels, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are yellow, Fig. 3 shows a form of the symbol, in which the dominant color is navy blue, and the airplane wheels are chopped, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are green, Fig. 4 shows a form of the symbol, in which the dominant color is burgundy, which is also the color filled with the airplane wheels, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are gray, Fig. 5 shows a form of the symbol, in which the dominant color is blue, and the airplane wheels are chopped, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are red, Fig. 6 shows the form of the symbol in which the dominant color is navy blue, which is also the color filled with the airplane's wheels, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are orange, Fig. 7 shows the form of the symbol in which the dominant color is dark navy blue, the airplane's wheels are chopped, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are burgundy, Fig. 8 shows the form of the symbol in which the dominant color is turquoise, which is also the color filled with the airplane's wheels, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are blue, Fig. 9 shows the form of the symbol in which the dominant color is blue, the airplane's wheels are chopped, and the circular lines outlining the body of the airplane are blue, Fig. 10 shows the form of the symbol in which the dominant color is brown, which is the plane's circles are also filled in, and the circular lines that outline the plane's body are yellow.
