PL 23529 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak przeznaczony do pakowania róznych materia- lów nawinietych na rolki lub walki. Stojak moze wystepowac w róznych rozmiarach oraz moze byc wykonany z profili wielokatnych lub okraglych, z zachowaniem zilustrowanego ksztaltu. Stojak do pakowania, zwlaszcza nawinietych rolek folii stretch, stanowi wieloelementowa bryle na bazie prostopadloscianu o prostokatnym obrysie podstawy zlozona ze stojaka, kolumny i nosidla. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Stojak do pakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi stelaz utworzony z ele- mentów pionowych (nóg) wyposazonych w stopy o regulowanej wysokosci, polaczo- nych nad podlozem laczynami i na szczytach stabilizujacymi elementami konstrukcyj- nymi pomiedzy którymi jest wewnetrzny, poziomy dzwigar, jak to pokazano na zalaczo- nych ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 6. 2. Na dzwigarze jest osadzona pionowa kolumna a na niej widlowe, w ksztalcie litery „V" obrotowe nosidlo, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 6. 3. Nosidlo ma ramiona w ksztalcie prostokatów z ksztaltowników zamocowanych pod katem na podstawie, osadzonej centralnie na kolumnie, jak to pokazano na zalaczo- nych ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 6. 4. Rozstaw ramion zasadniczo nie wychodzi poza obrys podstawy stojaka, jak to pokaza- no na zalaczonych ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 6. 5. The stand may be available in various sizes and may be made of polygonal or round profiles, while maintaining the illustrated shape. The stand for packaging, particularly wound rolls of stretch film, is a multi-element solid based on a cuboid with a rectangular base outline, composed of a stand, a column, and a carrier. Characteristic features of the industrial design 1. The packaging stand according to the industrial design is a frame made of vertical elements (legs) equipped with feet with adjustable height, connected above the ground by connectors and at the tops by stabilizing structural elements, between which there is an internal, horizontal girder, as shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 2. A vertical column is mounted on the girder and on it a fork-shaped, V-shaped, rotating carrier, as shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 3. The carrier has arms in the shape of rectangles made of sections mounted at an angle on a base mounted centrally on the column, as shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 4. The arm spacing is essentially not extends beyond the outline of the stand base, as shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 5.
