PL 23381 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przyrzad pomiarowy przeznaczony zwlaszcza do po- miaru róznicy odleglosci pomiedzy plaszczyzna czolowa przedpiascia osi i plaszczyzna czolowa we- wnetrzna obreczy lub wienca kola bezobreczowego po jednej i po drugiej stronie zestawu kolowego z zamontowanymi lub bez zamontowanych pierscieni wewnetrznych lozysk. Znajduje on zastosowanie glównie w kolejnictwie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przyrzadu pomiarowego nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztaltu i kolorystyke jego elementów skladowych. Przyrzad posiada podstawe opierajaca sie w czasie pomia- ru zwlaszcza na powierzchni walcowej czopa osi zestawu kolowego lub na powierzchni walcowej pier- scieni wewnetrznych lozyska. Do podstawy jest przymocowany miernik dlugosci i konstrukcja nosna wyposazona w uchwyt i plytki pomiarowe, które w czasie pomiaru sa umieszczone po stronie plaszczy- zny czolowej wewnetrznej najblizszej obreczy lub wienca kola bezobreczowego zestawu kolowego. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza od- miane przyrzadu uwzgledniajaca kontury, fig. 2 – druga odmiane przyrzadu w kolorze szarym a fig. 3 – trzecia odmiane przyrzadu w kolorze brazowym. Ilustracja wzoru PL 23381 3 PL 23381 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 23381 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a measuring device designed in particular for measuring the difference in the distance between the frontal plane of the axle hub and the frontal inner plane of the rim or the rim of a rimless wheel on one and the other side of the wheel set with or without mounted inner bearing rings. It is used mainly in the railway industry. The essence of the design is a new form of the measuring device given to it by the features of the lines, shape and colours of its components. The device has a base resting during measurement in particular on the cylindrical surface of the axle journal of the wheel set or on the cylindrical surface of the inner bearing rings. A length measuring device and a supporting structure equipped with a handle and measuring plates are attached to the base, which during measurement are placed on the side of the inner frontal plane closest to the rim or the wheel rim of a rimless wheel set. The subject design is shown in the illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the device taking into account the contours, Fig. 2 – the second version of the device in grey and Fig. 3 – the third version of the device in brown. Essential features of the industrial design The measuring device according to the design is distinguished, in all its versions, by the shape of the following of its components: base, supporting structure, length measuring device. In addition, the second version is characterised by grey colour, while the third version is characterised by brown colour.
