Figurka ma korpus o wygladzie ubranej kobiety w dluga suknia z rekami wsunietymi do kieszeni sukni korpusu. Kobieta ma uczesane dlugie wlosy. Z przodu fryzury wlosy ma podciete na charakterystyczna prosta grzywke, zas z boku sciete na skos. Wokól szyi i na górnej czesci sukni ma owiniety szal ulozony w trzech zawinieciach. Szerokosc górnego ulozenia szala jest o 2/3 mniejsza jak drugiego ulozenia. Trzecie ulozenie szala konczy sie na prawym boku sukni. Dolna czesc sukni od pasa jest lekko rozszerzona. Poszczególne elementy figurki oraz ksztalty ulozenia szala maja odpowiednie wlasciwosci powierzchni zewnetrznych ceramicznych, dajacych efekt estetyczny. Figurka „Daria w szalu" przeznaczona jest dla wystroju wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa charakterystyczna postac figurki przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie cienkosciennego wygladu ubranej kobiety w dlugiej sukni z rekami wsunietymi do kieszeni sukni. Kobieta ma uczesane dlugie wlosy. Z przodu fryzury wlosy ma podciete na charakterystyczna prosta grzywke zas z boku wlosy sa sciete na skos. W pasie biodrowym kobieta ma wyszczuplony ksztalt. Ksztalty nalozonych cienkosciennych zawiniec szala wokól szyi kobiety figurki sa róznej szerokosci. Podstawa figurki kobiety ma cienkoscienne scianki z lekko poszerzona plaszczyzna oparcia na rozszerzonej dolnej czesci sukni. Owiniecia szala sa rozmieszczone w charakterystyczny sposób. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The figurine has a body in the appearance of a woman dressed in a long dress with her hands tucked into the pockets of her dress. The woman has long hair combed. The front of the hairstyle is cut into a characteristic straight fringe, while the sides are cut diagonally. A shawl arranged in three curls is wrapped around the neck and on the upper part of the dress. The width of the upper position of the shawl is 2/3 smaller than the second position. The third position of the shawl ends on the right side of the dress. The lower part of the dress from the waist is slightly widened. The individual elements of the figurine and the shapes of the shawl have appropriate properties of the external ceramic surfaces, providing an aesthetic effect. The "Daria in a Shawl" figurine is intended for interior design. The essence of the industrial design is the new, distinctive form of the figurine, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the thin-walled appearance of a dressed woman in a long dress with her hands tucked into her pockets. The woman has long, combed hair. The front of the hairstyle is cut into a characteristic straight fringe, while the sides are cut diagonally. The woman has a slimmer shape at the hips. The shapes of the thin-walled wraps of the shawl placed around the woman's neck are of different widths. The base of the woman figurine has thin-walled walls with a slightly widened support surface on the flared lower part of the dress. The wraps of the shawl are arranged in a characteristic manner. An essential feature of the industrial design presented in photographs fig. 1 and fig. 1a, fig. 1b – "Daria in a shawl" is that: it is a three-dimensional thin-walled figurine of a dressed woman in a long dress wrapped around her neck with three shawl arrangements visible in her shape and placed on a thin-walled enlarged base of the flared dress. The shapes of the shawl arrangements have appropriate properties of external ceramic surfaces, giving an aesthetic effect, in the front view, in fig. 1 "Daria in a shawl" a woman is shown with long hair styled in a characteristic fringe, the lower part of the flared dress as a base has the shape of a also flattened dress from the waist, while around the neck and on the dress there is a shawl arranged in three folds, the width of the upper shawl arrangement being 2/3 smaller than the second shawl arrangement, while the third arrangement ends on the right side of the dress, - in the side view as in fig. 1a "Daria in a shawl" - a figure of a woman is shown with the shawl arranged in proportional distances and characteristic long hair cut diagonally on the sides. The woman has her hands in the pockets of her dress. At the hips the woman has a slimmer shape. The dress from the waist is slightly widened towards the bottom, - in the back view as in fig. 1b "Daria in a shawl" - a figure of a woman is shown with a characteristically wrapped shawl and a slightly flared dress downwards.
