PL 23300 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element bizuteryjny do zastosowania w lancuszkach, wisiorkach, bransoletkach i pierscionkach. Element bizuteryjny ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze stanowi go obwodowa ramka, wewnatrz której znajduje sie siatka nosna, na której nakladac mozna dowolne elementy graficzne. Element bizuteryjny laczy w sobie zalety uzytkowe z wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, charakterystycznymi dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. The jewellery element has the essential features of an industrial design, characterised in that it is a peripheral frame, inside which there is a supporting mesh on which any graphic elements can be applied. The jewellery element combines functional advantages with high aesthetic values, characteristic of industrial design.
