PL 23260 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dozownik, znajdujacy zastosowanie, jako element wyposazenia lazienek i sanitariatów, sluzacy do dozowania przyborów toaletowych, tj. reczników do rak, papieru toaletowego, chusteczek tekstylnych. Dozownik wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztalt, strukture oraz material. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Dozownik moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu i/lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1, Fig. 2, w widokach z obu boków oraz Fig. 3 w widoku od frontu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze dozownik ma ksztalt poziomo usytuowanego walca. Walec podzielony jest na dwie nieproporcjonalne czesci. Od czola jednej z tych czesci wykonany jest otwór, w którym osadzona jest fotokomórka. Natomiast od spodu drugiej czesci, w/dluz linii tworzacej walec, wykonana jest pozioma szczelina, do dozowania przyborów toaletowych. Do jednej ze scian bocznych walca przylega pozioma póleczka. PL 23260 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23260 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 23260 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a dispenser, used as an element of bathroom and sanitary equipment, for dispensing toiletries, i.e. hand towels, toilet paper, textile tissues. The dispenser according to the design is distinguished by new visual values and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of the line, shape, structure and material. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The dispenser can be manufactured in an industrial or handicraft manner from metal and/or plastic. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 2, in views from both sides and Fig. 3 in the front view. The essential features of the industrial design include that the dispenser has the shape of a horizontally positioned cylinder. The cylinder is divided into two disproportionate parts. An opening is made from the front of one of these parts, in which a photocell is mounted. On the other hand, a horizontal slot is made from the bottom of the second part, along the line creating the cylinder, for dispensing toiletries.
