PL 23249 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka najkorzystniej wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie butelki oraz kolorystyka, a takze umieszczone na jej powierzchni oznaczenia slowno-graficzne wskazujace nazwa i cechy charakterystycz- ne znajdujacego sie w butelce napoju lub plynu o wlasciwosciach uzytkowych w gospodarstwie domowym. Butelka charakteryzuje sie prosta, lekka budowa, zajmujaca niewielka przestrzen z mozliwoscia wykorzystania jej do przechowywania napoi, a takze plynnych srodków chemicznych, czy leczniczych. Wielka zaleta butelki jest estetyka wyrobu, z równoczesnym zapewnieniem pewnego ergono- micznego chwytu butelki w czasie jej uzywania. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Butelka ma korpus 1 przestrzennie uksztaltowany w postaci walca podzielonego na czesc górna i czesc dolna, majacych lukowe boczne powierzchnie. Czesc górna i czesc dolna oddzielone sa od siebie czescia srodkowa majaca ksztalt prostego walca o zmniejszonej w niewielkim zakresie srednicy. 2. Na jednej ze stron czesci srodkowej korpusu 1 uksztaltowany jest wystep w postaci czworobocznej plaskiej powierzchni ekspozycyjnej 2 z lukowa górna i dolna krawedzia Wystep polaczony jest z czescia górna i dolna korpusu 1 poprzez katowe wglebienia, zachowujac sztywnosc calej butelki. Na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej 2 znajduja sie po- przeczne katowe osadcze naciecia 3 materialu informacyjnego. 3. W denku 4 korpusu 1 butelki uksztaltowane sa rozgwiezdne stabilizacyjne wciecia 5. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shape of the bottle and its colors, as well as the verbal and graphic markings on its surface indicating the name and characteristics of the beverage or liquid contained within the bottle, with household properties. The bottle is characterized by a simple, lightweight design, taking up little space, and can be used for storing beverages, as well as liquid chemicals or medicinal products. A major advantage of the bottle is its aesthetic appeal, while also ensuring a firm, ergonomic grip during use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle from the display side, Fig. 2 – a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 – a view of the bottle from the bottom side, Fig. 4 – a perspective view of the bottle. Essential features of industrial design 1. The bottle has a body 1 spatially shaped in the form of a cylinder divided into an upper and lower part, each with arcuate side surfaces. The upper and lower parts are separated by a central part in the shape of a straight cylinder with a slightly reduced diameter. 2. On one side of the central part of the body 1, a protrusion is formed in the form of a quadrilateral, flat display surface 2 with arched upper and lower edges. The protrusion is connected to the upper and lower parts of the body 1 by angular recesses, maintaining the rigidity of the entire bottle. On the display surface 2, there are transverse angular mounting cuts 3 for information material. 3. In the bottom 4 of the body 1 of the bottle, star-shaped stabilizing cuts 5 are formed.
