Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, charakterystycznym zdobnictwie, materiale z którego jest wykonany oraz w wygladzie poszczególnych elementów skladowych, co nadaje mu swoisty, indywidualny charakter i oryginalny wyglad, a w odróznieniu od znanych rozwiazan, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wzbogacaja go elementy ozdobne oraz stabilne elementy osadzajace. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na ilustracji, gdzie w widoku ogólnym uwidoczniono segment pergoli wraz z elementami mocujaco-stabilizujacymi (fig. 1), widok ozdobnego elementu (fig. 2), widok klina mocujacego w ziemi (fig. 3). Segment pergoli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi prostokatna rama utworzona z metalowych plaskowników wypelniona plaska kratownica pretowa oraz elementem ozdobnym fantazyjnie uksztaltowanym z pretów metalowych i blachy. Osadzany jest na klinach mocujacych go w ziemi lub wymiennie teowych wspornikach stabilizujacych go na twardym podlozu. Stanowi efektowna przegrode, a takze stabilna i trwala podpore dla ozdobnych kompozycji zarówno z elementów naturalnych jak i sztucznych. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, manifested in its overall shape, characteristic ornamentation, the material from which it is made, and the appearance of individual components, which gives it a unique, individual character and original appearance. Unlike known solutions, it is characterized by the addition of decorative elements and stable mounting elements. The industrial design is presented in the illustration, which shows a general view of the pergola segment with mounting and stabilizing elements (Fig. 1), a view of the decorative element (Fig. 2), and a view of the ground anchoring wedge (Fig. 3). The industrial-style pergola segment consists of a rectangular frame made of flat metal bars, infilled with a flat rod truss, and a decorative element fancifully crafted from metal rods and sheet metal. It is mounted on wedges that anchor it in the ground, or alternatively, on T-shaped supports that stabilize it on a solid surface. It provides an attractive partition as well as a stable and durable support for decorative arrangements made of both natural and artificial elements. The essential features of the industrial design include a decorative element occupying approximately 1/3 of its surface, fancifully shaped into a decorative composition consisting of: a stylized figure of a bird perched on a support made of perforated sheet metal, three fancifully arranged water club stems formed from metal rods, two of which are connected by the image of an insect – a dragonfly in flight, the remaining surface is filled with a flat rod lattice, and wedges are attached to the frame at the base for securing it in the ground.
