Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie fundamentu prefabrykowanego z róznymi uksztaltowaniami podstawy i trzonu. Rozwiazanie pozwala na uzyskanie walorów funkcjonalnych jak i zdobniczych odpowiadajacych wymogom wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 – przedstawia widok z przodu fundamentu z walcowa podstawa i walcowym wydluzonym trzonem, fig. 2 – przedstawia widok z przodu fundamentu z walcowa podstawa i wydluzonym trzonem w ksztalcie scietego stozka. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the prefabricated foundation with various shapes of the base and shaft. The solution allows for obtaining functional and decorative values that meet the requirements of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 – shows a front view of the foundation with a cylindrical base and an elongated cylindrical shaft, Fig. 2 – shows a front view of the foundation with a cylindrical base and an elongated shaft in the shape of a truncated cone. The prefabricated foundation for fastening ground elements according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, it is characterized by the fact that it consists of a monolithically shaped reinforced horizontal base (1) together with a reinforced vertical shaft (2).
