Description
Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
The subject of the invention is an electromechanical cushioned tensioning system of a track of a tracked vehicle using a idler wheel, in particular a vehicle in which the tracks work independently, equipped with an electric power supply system.
Until now, in the known solutions, the tensioning of the caterpillar is carried out by means of hydraulic systems or human force, with no participation of self-tensioning and cushioning of the caterpillar.
The aim of the mechanism according to the invention is to prevent the track from breaking during the movement, its excessive stretching, improving the driving dynamics in all terrains and introducing a comfortable working medium with the smallest dimensions and weight of the entire track tensioning system.
Cel ten został osiągnięty poprzez zastosowanie amortyzacji gąsienicy w postaci sprężyny oraz poprzez zastosowanie siłownika elektrycznego. This goal was achieved through the use of a spring-type crawler cushion and an electric actuator.
The tensioning mechanism according to the invention is characterized in that it is made of movable elements moved by an electric actuator and a spring. There is one tensioning system on each side of the vehicle. The systems are not interdependent. Each system consists of components, i.e. an electric actuator, a shock absorber spring - working in one axis and two rockers mounted on a common shaft. The shaft has a bearing against the body. The wheel and track are mounted on the external rocker arm, and an actuator - spring set on the internal rocker arm. The set works in tension due to the lack of buckling, it is bearing and fixed to the vehicle hull.
The invention allows the track tension to be carried out at any time during vehicle movement or when it is stationary. The force from the track tension forces the idler pulley back. The pullback is counteracted by the reaction of the spring which is stretched. Overall track tension, idler wheel extension and spring hardness are adjusted by the cylinder extension. The electric actuator is an element that protects the system against damage. In the event of a sudden impact, the actuator will retract to its position.
The advantage of the invention is the compensation of the forces in the track resulting from uneven terrain while the vehicle is moving, the possibility of removing the track by retracting the tension wheel as much as possible, adjusting the tension of the track depending on the difficulty of the terrain and speed of movement, exclusion of the hydraulic medium, simple structure of the entire system and low weight and dimensions.
Przedmiot wynalazku został przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia ogólną postać napinacza w pojeździe w pozycji gąsienicy maksymalnie napiętej, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia ogólną postać napinacza w pozycji gąsienicy maksymalnie zluzowanej. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the general form of the tensioner on the vehicle in the maximum tensioned position, while Fig. 2 shows the general form of the tensioner in the fully relaxed position of the track.
W wahaczu zewnętrznym umieszczonym poza wnętrzem pojazdu utwierdzone jest koło napinające (1) i wymusza ono naciąg gąsienicy (7).The mechanism according to the invention is a set of axially connected electric actuator (6) and springs (5). These elements generate forces which, through the set consisting of the internal rocker (4), shaft (3) and external rocker (2), cause the wheel (1) to slide out and thus the track (7) to be stretched. The electric actuator (6) is on one side mounted on the frame (8), while at its other end it is permanently connected to the spring (5) in one axis. The spring (5) connected in this way at the other end is connected to the internal rocker (4) rotating on the shaft (3). The internal rocker (4), the shaft (3) mounted on the body and the external rocker (2) constitute one unit. Both rocker arms connected to the ends of the shaft (3) rigidly rotate in relation to the body (8). The idler (1) is fixed in the external rocker, located outside the interior of the vehicle, and it forces the track (7) to tension.
