The device comprises a printing substrate supply unit (1), a digital printing unit (2), a material storage unit (3), and an assembling unit (4). The digital printing unit comprises a primary print head (10) for the front side, a turning dryer (11), a secondary print head (14) for the rear side of the printing material web (31), and a blower (12). An independent claim is also included for a method for production of large posters in web printing.
