Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania butelki z napojem oraz żelowymi kulkami smakowymi wykorzystujący butelkę ze słomką i podwójnym dnem, przeznaczoną do napojów z żelowymi kulkami smakowymi dystrybuowanych w handlu detalicznym.The present invention relates to a method of producing a beverage bottle and gel flavor balls using a double bottomed straw bottle, intended for beverages with gel flavor balls distributed in retail trade.

Napoje z żelowymi kulkami smakowymi, znane jako „bubble drink” zyskały w ostatnich latach dużą popularność. Przygotowana w ten sposób butelka z napojem posiadała osobny pojemnik na żelowe kulki smakowe w postaci drugiego dna 2. Kulki smakowe dodawało się do napoju bezpośrednio przed konsumpcją przez co powłoka żelowa nie rozmiękła i nie rozpuściła się. Dostarczona z butelką słomka 3, dzięki konstrukcji butelki 1 z podwójnym dnem 2, posiadała długość większą od głębokości butelki 1 z napojem, przez co możliwe było zasysanie kulek żelowych z dna butelki 1. Ponadto słomka 3 nie posiadała zagięć, czy perforacji, co nie utrudniało spożywania napoju z kulkami. Podczas transportu w opakowaniu zbiorczym, słomki 3 nie ulegały zniszczeniu za sprawą zagłębienia 4 rozciągającego się wzdłuż butelki 1 i obwodowej kieszeni 5 w drugim denku 2.The drink bottle prepared in this way had a separate container for the gel taste balls in the form of a second bottom 2. The flavor balls were added to the drink immediately before consumption so that the gel coating did not soften and dissolve. The straw 3 supplied with the bottle, thanks to the structure of the bottle 1 with a double bottom 2, had a length greater than the depth of the bottle 1 with the drink, which made it possible to suck the gel balls from the bottom of the bottle 1. Moreover, the straw 3 did not have any bends or perforation, which did not make it difficult consuming a drink with balls. During transport in the overpack, the straws 3 were not damaged due to the recess 4 extending along the bottle 1 and the peripheral pocket 5 in the second bottom 2.

Claims

1. Method for producing a bottle with a drink and flavor gel balls, in which the drink and the balls are prepared in advance, including the following steps:

a) a bottle (1) having a vertical recess (4) across the entire height of the cylindrical surface and a bottom defined by the bottom of the bottle (1) having a semicircular recess facing the inside of the bottle (1) and a circumferential groove, is blown from the prepared preform on a bottler,

b) blown the second bottom (2) with a space (6) for a container with flavor gel balls on the top edge and a protrusion extending along the inner circumference of the preform, fitting with the circumferential groove of the bottom of the bottle (1), and then placing the container with gel flavor balls in the space (6) of the second bottom (2),

c) the drink is poured into the bottle (1) on the filling machine,

d) the bottle (1) is closed with a cap,

e) connect the bottle (1) and the second bottom (2) by joining the tab on the upper edge of the second bottom (2) with the circumferential groove of the bottom of the bottle (1),

f) the straw (3) is placed in the vertical recess (4) of the bottle (1), creating a bottle with a drink and flavor gel balls,

g) a heat-shrinkable foil (7) is placed on the bottle with a drink and gel-filled flavor balls, and sent to a thermal tunnel, where the foil (7) is heat-shrinked,

h) the bottle with the drink and the flavor gel balls are packed in multipacks, characterized in that in step f) a part of the straw (3) is placed in a circumferential pocket (5) provided on the circumferential side wall of the inner space (6), the sum of which is the depth of this pocket (5) and the length of the vertical recess (4) is greater than the total length of the straw (3), greater than the depth of the bottle (1).

2. The method according to p. A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the heat-shrinkable foil (7) is perforated or joined with a sealing tape over the entire circumference of the bottle (1) in the region of the connection between the bottle (1) and the second bottom (2).
