Description

Przyklad I. 100 g chlorku magnezu (MgCl2 . 6H20) rozpuszcza sie w odpo¬ wiedniej ilosci wody i otrzymany roztwór wlewa stopniowo, mieszajac dokladnie, donaczynia, zawierajacego 1000 cm3 swieze¬ go bialka kurzego lub odpowiednia ilosc surdwicy krwi zwierzecej. Po dokladnem wymieszaniu mase odparowuje sie do su¬ cha, ewentualnie w prózni, poczem otrzy¬ mana pozostalosc proszkuje sie i proszek ogrzewa w temperaturze scinania sie bial¬ ka.Przyklad II. 100 g MgCl2 . PLThe aim of the present invention is to enable the production of a free-flowing preparation containing hygroscopic salts, such as e.g. magnesium chloride, thanks to which the preparation, despite the hygroscopic nature of the component contained therein, does not get wet and does not clump together. It has been found that this goal can be achieved in such a way that hygroscopic substances, such as, for example, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, etc., in solid form or in the form of a solution, are thoroughly mixed, gradually adding it, with the protein until a homogeneous mixture is formed which evaporates dry at a temperature below the protein scoring point, possibly in a vacuum, then the resulting dry residue is powdered and the protein contained in it is properly denatured. Instead of fresh protein, powdered protein may also be used; in this case, after mixing the hygroscopic substance with powdered protein, water is added, then the whole mass is dried and then pulverized and the protein contained in it is properly denatured. Example I. 100 g of magnesium chloride (MgCl2. 6H2O) it is dissolved in an appropriate amount of water and the obtained solution is poured gradually, while thoroughly mixing, into a vessel containing 1000 cm3 of fresh chicken protein or an appropriate amount of animal blood serum. After thorough mixing, the mass is evaporated to dryness, possibly under a vacuum, then the resulting residue is pulverized and the powder is heated at the shear temperature of the protein. Example II. 100 g of MgCl2. H 2 O is mixed thoroughly with 130 g of dry powdered protein, then about 260-300 cm3 of water is added. The mixture obtained is evaporated and dried, and the protein contained in it denatures, as in the example of L. The preparations obtained in in this way, despite the hygroscopic nature of the substances contained therein, they remain free-flowing even on the most humid days and do not stick to lumps during subsequent drying on dry days. For example, a preparation of magnesium chloride prepared as described above does not stick together and can therefore be added to table salt without causing it to stick to lumps when wet, which is the case when the salt contains normal salt.
