Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób okleinowania wąskich płaszczyzn elementów meblowych, mający zastosowanie do wytwarzania elementów okleinowych mebli, szczególnie oklejania obrzeży mebli warstwą dekoracyjną.The subject of the invention is a method of veneering narrow planes of furniture elements, applicable to the production of veneered pieces of furniture, in particular covering the edges of furniture with a decorative layer.
It is known to veneer narrow planes of furniture elements, most often using EVA hot melt adhesives or irreversible adhesives based on PU polyurethane resin.
The glue is applied to the narrow plane of the furniture element with the use of a glue roller placed in the glue heater, the so-called glue pot.
Odbywa się to poprzez nałożenie kleju na krawędź oklejanej formatki poprzez zbiornik kleju zespolony z rolką nakładającą klej, - wymagana temperatura kleju - zakres pomiędzy 180 a 220 stopni Celsjusza, z kolei podanie obrzeża w strefę klejenia poprzez zespół podawania, odcięcie obrzeża z rolki poprzez gilotynę, dociśnięcie obrzeża do krawędzi formatki poprzez zespół rolek dociskowych, po czym odcięcie nadmiaru wystającego obrzeża z przodu oraz tyłu formatki poprzez agregat odcinający, następnie frezowanie nadmiaru obrzeża z grubości formatki poprzez agregat frezowania. This is done by applying glue to the edge of the glued form through the glue tank combined with the glue applying roller, - required glue temperature - range between 180 and 220 degrees Celsius, in turn, feeding the edge to the gluing zone through the feeding unit, cutting the edge from the roll through a guillotine, pressing the rim to the edge of the form through a set of pressure rollers, then cutting off the excess protruding rim at the front and back of the form through a cutting unit, then milling the excess rim from the thickness of the form through a milling unit.
The disadvantages of the presented solution are that the glue very often overheats in the glue pots, changing the color of the joint and reducing the strength of the connection between the rim and the narrow plane of the element. It is necessary to clean the glue pot frequently - which extends the time when the edgebander is taken out of production. EVA glue does not cure permanently in the glue joint. The adhesive grout smears on the surface of the element. The connection between the edging and the elements is not resistant to temperature, moisture and water vapor.
Another negative phenomenon is the fact that the glue joint is visible on the edges of the element and its corners, which reduces the aesthetics of the furniture.
Very often the glue grout is not uniform in thickness.
W czasie obróbki wykończeniowej obrzeża często występuje zabrudzenie powierzchni elementu co zmusza do stosowania natrysków płynów oddzielającego i czyszczącego w okleiniarkach wąskich płaszczyzn. During edge finishing processing, contamination of the element surface often occurs, which forces the use of separating and cleaning fluid sprays in edgebanders of narrow planes. There is also contamination of the cutting edges of the tools, which has a significant impact on their service life and the quality of the finished edges.
When using furniture made with the previous method, when using EVA hot melt adhesives, edges are very often peeled off due to temperature and humidity, especially in kitchen and bathroom furniture.
Visible dirt collects in the area of the glue joint when EVA glue is used, which smears on the surface of the element. In the glue joint (EVA glue), through the capillaries present in it, moisture can penetrate into the glued material, which causes swelling of the chipboard and peeling of the edge.
Znacznie obniża się efekt wizualny mebla poprzez widoczną fugę klejową na płaszczyznach i narożach elementów.The visual effect of the furniture is significantly reduced due to the visible glue joint on the surfaces and corners of the elements.
Celem wynalazku jest zlikwidowanie powyższych wad i niedogodności.The object of the invention is to remedy the above drawbacks and inconveniences.
The essence of the invention, which is the method of veneering narrow planes of furniture elements, consists in the fact that the laser heats up the functional layer of the rim with a thickness (0.050.1 mm) made of a polymer with the same color and structure as the decorative layer to the temperature within ( 350-450 ° C), preferably 400 ° C, and then pressed into a narrow plane of the furniture elements with pressure rollers in the pressure zone within the limits (0.3-0.7 m), preferably 0.5 m, during (3-7 seconds), preferably 5 seconds at the feed speed of veneered furniture elements with a speed (15-25 m / min), preferably 20 m / min.

The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary but non-limiting embodiment from the following embodiment.
A (0.05-0.1 mm) thick functional layer made of a polymer with a color and structure like the decorative layer is applied to the periphery of a furniture element, for example a furniture door. This layer is heated by the action of a laser beam to 400 ° C. On it, immediately after heating, a decorative layer is applied, which is pressed against the functional layer with pressure rollers in the 0.5 m long pressure zone for 5 seconds, with the speed of the veneered elements at a speed of 20 m / min.
Under the influence of temperature, the functional layer absorbs the energy of the laser radiation and becomes plasticized. Plasticized, under the pressure of pressure rollers, fills the porous structures of the furniture element and the decorative layer, and after cooling, it creates a permanent bond between the decorative layer and the glued surface.
The furniture element prepared in this way is then subjected to known assembly steps.
