Wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z korpusu plaszcza o niejednolitej fakturze materialu zapinanego na guziki, przy czym w korpusie plaszcza znajduja sie kieszenie zapinane na guziki, zas powyzej kaz- dej kieszeni umieszczony jest zamek blyskawiczny, a od korpusu odchodzi w szpic zakonczona stój- ka, zas na tylniej czesci kolnierza znajduje sie polyskujacy material, ponizej którego znajduje sie pa- sek z polyskujacego materialu z zawieszka w kolorze zlotym z napisem „LAVARD". The industrial design consists of a coat body with a non-uniform texture of material fastened with buttons, the coat body having buttoned pockets, a zipper above each pocket, a pointed stand-up collar extending from the body, and on the back of the collar is a shiny material, below which is a strip of shiny material with a gold pendant with the inscription "LAVARD". Definition of the Figures The subject of the design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the coat from the front, while Fig. 2 shows the back view of the coat collar. The features of the industrial design that distinguish the industrial design from other known designs and that constitute the basis for its identification are the placement of shiny material on the back of the collar and the pointed collar end.
