Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plaszcz, przeznaczony do okrycia ciala. Wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z korpusu plaszcza na którym umieszczone sa guziki, zakrywane kieszenie oraz pagony z guzkiem na ramionach korpusu plaszcza, rekawów oraz kolnierza z czerwonym przeszyciem, przy czym na jednej z kieszeni umieszczony jest otwór z czerwonym obszyciem, a powyzej znajduje sie element z rozcieciem i pogrubionym obramowaniem, zas na rekawach znajduja sie guziki umieszczone w nacieciach, z których pierwsze jest otoczone czerwonym obszyciem, a same rekawy sa oddzielone w dolnej czesci wycieciem i dwiema liniami nici. The industrial design consists of a coat body on which buttons are placed, covered pockets and shoulder straps with a bump on the shoulders of the coat body, sleeves and a collar with red stitching, whereby one of the pockets has an opening with red stitching, and above it is an element with a slit and a thickened border, while on the sleeves there are buttons placed in slits, the first of which is surrounded by red stitching, and the sleeves themselves are separated in the lower part by a cutout and two lines of thread. Definition of the figures of illustrations The subject of the design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the coat in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the coat in a back view, while Fig. 3 shows a close-up of a coat sleeve, and Fig. 4 – a coat pocket, and Fig. 5 – a coat collar. Characteristic features of the industrial design Characteristic features of the industrial design distinguishing the industrial design from other known designs and constituting the basis for its identification are the shape of the collar with red stitching, the element with a slit and a thickened frame located above the pocket, and the separation of the sleeve in the lower part with a cutout and two lines of thread.
