Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wtyczka, przeznaczona do ladowania telefonów i innych urzadzen mobilnych, ponadto stanowi równiez wygodne oparcie oraz podlokietnik, które zapewnia uzytkownikowi przyjecie wygodnej pozycji podczas korzystania z urzadzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc oraz miekkosc i organicznosc linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia wtyczke w widoku z przodu. Wtyczka posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: ? wtyczka w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt nakladajacych sie na siebie zaokraglonych elementów, które ulegaja stopniowemu zwiekszeniu tworzac uklad narastajacych warstw; w calkowitym ksztalcie stworzonej figury posiada on srodkowe przewezenie. Calosc w widoku z góry ma ksztalt litery „L" i jest osadzona na prostokatnym umocowaniu, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1–5. ? wtyczka w widoku perspektywicznym ma ksztalt zaokraglonych nakladajacych sie elementów poczawszy od najmniejszego do najwiekszego, gdzie jedna czesc wtyczki zawiera wglebienie. It also provides a comfortable backrest and armrest, allowing the user to adopt a comfortable position while using the device. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique character of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, arrangement, thickness, and the softness and organicity of the lines. The industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – the plug in a front view. Fig. 2 – the plug in a top view. Fig. 3 – the plug in a right-side view. Fig. 4 – the plug in a left-side view. Fig. 5 – the plug in an isometric view. Fig. 6 – the plug in a perspective view from the front. Fig. 7 – shows the plug in perspective from the left side. Fig. 8 – shows the plug in perspective from the left side. The plug has essential features of an industrial design, where: ? in a front view, the plug has the shape of overlapping rounded elements that gradually increase in size, creating a system of growing layers; in the overall shape of the created figure, it has a central narrowing. In a top view, the whole has the shape of the letter "L" and is mounted on a rectangular mounting, as shown in Figs. 1–5. ? in a perspective view, the plug has the shape of rounded overlapping elements, starting from the smallest to the largest, where one part of the plug contains a recess.
