Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie ze stolu, skrzyni, regalu, krzesla, przeznaczony do wyposazenia wnetrz o wystroju historycznym lub historyzujacym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz uklad i grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia stól w widoku z przodu. Fig. 1a – przedstawia stól w widoku z boku. Fig. 1b – przedstawia stól w widoku z góry. Fig. 2 – przedstawia skrzynie w widoku z przodu. Fig. 2a – przedstawia skrzynie w widoku z tylu. Fig. 2b – przedstawia skrzynie w widoku z góry. Fig. 2c – przedstawia skrzynie w widoku z boku. Fig. 3 – przedstawia regal w widoku z przodu. Fig. 3a – przedstawia regal w widoku z boku. Fig. 3b – przedstawia regal w widoku z góry. Fig. 4 – przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z boku. Fig. 4a – przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z tylu. Fig. 4b – przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu. Fig. 4c – przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z góry. Zestaw mebli posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: – stól w widoku z przodu posiada blat w ksztalcie prostokata, osadzony na bocznych dwóch no- gach na kólkach, które w górnej i dolnej swej czesci posiadaja wstawki; ponadto po obu bokach stól posiada uchwyty w ksztalcie kólka lancuchowego; blat w widoku z góry oraz nogi w widoku z boku posiadaja frezowana powierzchnie w ksztalcie podluznych prazków, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b. – skrzynia w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu osadzonego na kólkach, który posiada dwie szafki; po obu bokach skrzynia posiada uchwyty w ksztalcie kólka lancuchowego; po- wierzchnia skrzyni w widoku z przodu, góry, tylu i boku posiada frezowana powierzchnie w ksztalcie podluznych prazków, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c. – regal w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu osadzonego na kólkach, który po- siada pare drzwi gdzie obie czesci posiadaja uchwyt w ksztalcie kólka lancuchowego, w górnej i dolnej czesci regal posiada wstawki; powierzchnia regalu w widoku z boku i z góry posiada frezowana po- wierzchnie w ksztalcie podluznych prazków, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b. – krzeslo w widoku z boku osadzone na siedzisku w ksztalcie szescioboku z oparciem, gdzie siedzisko w górnej i dolnej czesci posiada wstawki, a w tylnej czesci oparcia posiada uchwyt w ksztal- cie kólka lancuchowego; siedzisko jest osadzone na kólkach a powierzchnia krzesla w widoku z boku, tylu, przodu i z góry posiada frezowana powierzchnie w ksztalcie podluznych prazków, jak przedsta- wiono na Fig. 4, Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b, Fig. 4c.PL 21961 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 21961 4PL 21961 5PL 21961 6PL 21961 7PL 21961 8 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture consisting of a table, a chest, a shelf, a chair, intended to furnish interiors with a historical or historicizing decor. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the design that has an individual character, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes and the arrangement and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 – shows the table in a front view. Fig. 1a – shows the table in a side view. Fig. 1b – shows the table in a top view. Fig. 2 – shows the chest in a front view. Fig. 2a – shows the chest in a back view. Fig. 2b – shows the chest in a top view. Fig. 2c – shows the chest in a side view. Fig. 3 – shows the shelf in a front view. Fig. 3a – shows the shelf in a side view. Fig. 3b – shows the shelf in a top view. Fig. 4 – shows the chair in a side view. Fig. 4a – shows the chair in a back view. Fig. 4b – shows the chair in a front view. Fig. 4c – shows the chair in a top view. The furniture set has the essential features of an industrial design, where: – the table in the front view has a top in the shape of a rectangle, mounted on two side legs on wheels, which have inserts in their upper and lower parts; in addition, on both sides the table has handles in the shape of a chain wheel; the top in the top view and the legs in the side view have a milled surface in the shape of longitudinal stripes, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b. – the chest in the front view has the shape of a cuboid mounted on wheels, which has two cabinets; on both sides the chest has handles in the shape of a chain wheel; the surface of the chest in the front, top, back and side view has a milled surface in the shape of longitudinal stripes, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c. – the shelf in the front view has the shape of a cuboid mounted on wheels, which has a pair of doors where both parts have a handle in the shape of a chain wheel, in the upper and lower parts the shelf has inserts; the surface of the shelf in the side and top view has a milled surface in the shape of longitudinal stripes, as shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b. – a chair in a side view mounted on a hexagonal seat with a backrest, where the seat has inserts in the upper and lower parts and a chain-shaped handle in the rear part of the backrest; the seat is mounted on wheels and the surface of the chair in a side, back, front and top view has a milled surface in the shape of longitudinal stripes, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b, Fig. 4c.PL 21961 3 Illustration of the patternPL 21961 4PL 21961 5PL 21961 6PL 21961 7PL 21961 8 Department of Publishing UPRP PL PL PL PL PL
