Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ubranie dla dzieci znajdujace zastosowanie w medycynie. Przeznaczone jest ono do swobodnej obslugi gastrostomii, ewakuacji drenów i cewników na zewnatrz ubrania dzieki zastosowaniu klapy z systemem nap. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, konturów i strukture. Ubranie dzieciece gastrostomijne zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów tekstylnych. Ubranie dzieciece gastrostomijne dzieki swej budowie spelnia wazna role w ulatwieniu obslugi gastrostomii i ewakuacji drenów np.; gastrostomii, broviaca na zewnatrz ubrania. It is designed for easy gastrostomy management and the evacuation of drains and catheters outside the garment thanks to the use of a flap with a snap system. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and structure. According to the industrial design, the children's gastrostomy garment is suitable for repeated industrial or handicraft reproduction from textile materials. Thanks to its construction, the children's gastrostomy garment plays an important role in facilitating gastrostomy management and the evacuation of drains, e.g., a gastrostomy tube, which is worn outside the garment. Thanks to the snap system, the drains can be easily operated without undressing the child. Furthermore, when changing the gastrostomy tube, the child does not need to be exposed; simply unfasten the flap. The installed flap is intended to make life easier for the child and parents. It provides a sense of privacy and physical and mental comfort for sick children. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 include that the children's gastrostomy garment has an opening in the front section that is closed by a flap attached to the edge, connecting the two parts of the garment at the sides. Fasteners in the form of snaps or ties are attached around the opening, cooperating with the fasteners located on the edge at the bottom of the flap.
